320.49 is very hot for BF3. Returned on 314.22. Now card is quiet again.

I noticed that Ambient Occlusion and Shadows at highest settings seem to push temperatures higher up with almost any game.
Maybe 314.22 uses a performance profile or adds no AO at all to BF3?

Doesn't support ASUS G750 RoG laptop models with GTX 765/770/780M GPUs...
Latest OEM drivers are 311.59. Kinda sad :(

This driver caused my PC to lockup/freeze. So I have to revert back to 314.22, ah well.

I've considered myself very fortunate, as I've never had any of the issues reported with drivers.....

    Until today......

Playing TF2 and I hear the fan spin up to 100% (pretty impressive I might add), and I start getting intermittent soft locks. Force stop HL2.exe, back to desktop and the fan continues at 100% for the next 4 minutes or so, to the point that I do a reboot, and it's immediately back to normal. I tried to load up Precision, but was it kept soft locking prior to this as well.. :3eyes:

Try it again, and same thing happens. I'm getting rid of the whole "GForce Experience" silliness, and will go back to 320.18. I'll start monitoring things more closely, and I'll post any more.

DId a clean install today using the Display Driver Uninstaller 3.6.1 from these forums. I am playing WoW mostly and all went well ingame. GPU usage on both cards never went above 65%.
But when I watched a youtube movie after a few hours of gaming both GPU's went to full usage (Afterburner gave me a number in the millions instead of 100%) with a immediate hardlock.

Yeah, i don´t know if something is wrong with my PC (which I seriously doubt) or that these drivers suck...

    I have Win8 Enterprise x64 when i tried to do a clean install i got 2 errors.
I installed the same drivers on my friends PC, which is very similar to mine, but runs on Win7 Ultimate x64, no errors, everything works fine...

Am I the only one with this problem ??

My card seemed to like the Betas of these drivers. so I installed these WHQLs. Seems to be just fine for me. No issues.

Same SH** drivers not fit for purpose!

Firefox/Windows freeze then driver has stopped responding, FIX IT for f... sake!

Any pre 32x driver is perfectly fine and no it's NOT my system, it's the drivers.
