NVIDIA GeForce Titan With 6 GB Memory and 235W TDP

What info? Just because GTX got changed for Titan it doesnt mean its not a 780TI or 770TI, etc. Even wiki states GK110 is a 700 series gpu, GK107 is a mobile gpu anyway and yet it "will" also feature 700 series name.

GK114, GK116, GK117 are all mainstream mid-range 700 variants. GK114 is just another GF114 mid-range gpu, probably 760GTX, but GK110 will have TITAN title.

If you look back NV ditched normal naming for GTX (high-end), now they ditched this for Titan (high-end).

 

dunno about you but i've been following this story since day one, i'm just trying to keep the chat as close to what we know from the supposed leakers.
i have no care for this card basically and couldn't care less if it arrives tomorrow or never, what do you think i'm doing? wasting folks time?

 

lol i followed everything too (waaay back, a lot of fake stuff) and what you say here is not true - GK110 a LE one version chip. Even wiki disagrees with your statement.

I am not understanding the clock speed here tbh. the tesla card has a high rather high tdp with a low clock speed of what 732mhz?

the tesla is a slow clocked gk110, the titan is now gonna be the first to bring the gk110 clocks into the gaming realms, so to speak, at least that how it seems.

That 706mhz clock is 225W TDP, this will be either 235 or 250W. I think more like 250W and this could come near that clock.

Nope, why would Titan be LE if its based off GK110, no one said it will be something else, ever.

GK110 is that Titan, well apparently.. So a crippled GK110 (1 SMX disabled) will not be Titan, but GTX?

Yeah it was just sweclockers that spread this fud, then videocardz published it and later SLI-756 quoted it here

O yeah that OBR bench also spread through the interwebz and most think its legit.

I won't be getting this anytime soon, off to New York in July so might be able to find one cheaper there, might also know more about the real GTX700 series and HD8000 by then.
