    Top tier cards are so ridiculously overpriced, so I guess we should now be happy that this one is "only" $399 (which means probably 500+ when/if you can find one).

    That Palit you tested today is priced at $600 equivalent in UK pre order on Overclockers, they can insert that where the sun don't shine. $399 is just under £300, so double the price, and no FE in UK it seems.

    Here in the Netherlands it's pretty cheap, as you can't buy it.

    For me a few of them are already up near $1000 and also sold out.

    Here is my invoice for my GTX 460 from 10 years ago, this is the same performance bracked that the 3060 is.... wtf is with video card prices these days.

    @KissSh0t
    You do realize the 3060TI is around 10x the performance of the ol' 460?
    Once the Rona blues have passed we should be able to find a bargain or two.
    I paid around the same price for my two 460s back in the day.
    Also it's not just gpu prices what about mobo prices, cpu prices, most components are now more however they do so much more now.
    Just sayin'.:)

    It's not about how much more powerful a 3060 is to a 460, that is completely unrelated to what I am pointing out.

    The segment of video card, the 60 series is completely out of whack with where it should be priced... the 3060 should be around 300/400 dollars for where I live, it is not, I'm seeing 800 to 1000 dollars, since "mining" started video cards prices have gone up drastically and have not come back down.

    Older 60 series are also not coming down enough, the 2060 prices are too high for it's segment.

    Then there is the 1660 series, or as Nvidia would call it, ohh crap our actual 60 series cards are too expensive and we need an actual cheap 60 series card.

    I understand, the mining craze pushing gpu prices up made me leave the scene for few years and when i returned i was surprised that most hardware especially mobos and gpus were so high.
    I'd like to see Hilbert's yearly giveaways reserved for members from Countries hit by these insane prices.
    Be cool man, the whole world is suffering to some extent right now, your words are not falling on deaf ears.:)

    Yeah i saw 3070 for 600eur before 3060ti was released now it costs 700eur. I guess it has to make room for it. Its like situation is getting worse not better. Instead of prices falling they rise every day. We're ******.

    This launch might be bad but I'm hopeful. If Nvidia is able to sufficiently keep up with demand, all these scalpers are going to have a bunch of stock on their hands that they can't sell.
