Same here ,416.34 , but not Quadro , what was your main reason.
So umm... mine says DCH under driver type with these, but i didn't choose DCH driver, i chose the other one (Standard). Win10 1803 build .286. But everything seems good and works ok so far. So confused but.. ok
Theres been a mix up when republishing the driver with WHQL on the audio driver, the Standard package is actually the DCH package, and vice versa.
mine says standard then again i did use nvslimmer
nvslimmer shouldn't alter the driver type
Nvidia labeled packages wrong.
Downloaded the dch package which is the standard package.
Solved the audio popping in SW2 but the CTD with DSR and Witcher 3 is still there.
Screw all 416, going back to 411.81 Quadro.
Quadro 416.30 is really good and stable but 411.81 is a bit faster.
Thanks , 416.34 very good for me , not hurting for faster .
416.34 would be good I think but I need the flickering fixes for W3 and FC5.
Does 411 driver have the flickering issue?
Must use a 400 series driver because RTX card._.
I suppose I can use this set until DSR issue is fixed but one broken thing always begs the question what else is broken._.
can you confirm if this is a known issue / has it been reported?
Namely 416.64 hotfix driver causes games to CTD when trying to use DSR resolutions.
At least for certain cards / systems.
Using RTX 2070 and Win 10 build 17134.345 (Home). More details if needed.
I checked the power cables of my GPU , they are separated from one another.
One 8 pin cable on VGA 1 slot and one 8 pin cable on the second VGA 1 slot.
In the end my PSU is enough powerful
for my system?
ignore post just seen above about the wrong naming.
The hotfix driver seems to work Works fine on my Titan X (Pascal) Desktop, but doesn't want to install on my GTX 1080 laptop due to the OS being deemed "incompatible" by the installer (Windows 10 Pro 64 bit 1803 17134.345 just like the desktop...makes little sense).
Well idk what's going on with quake champions, but I still can get random Crash to desktop with bug dump error report.
I googled and I see it's quite common. So far any 41xx.xx driver does it.
I deleted cfg, reset driver profile and still. Can be anything from 1 match or 3-4matches.. it use to be all ok with older 39x.xx driver.
Seemed to be more frequent now after latest game update.
Other more demanding games are fine, played quantum break until the end later and not a single crash.
If folks have been able to install the wrong package (via Nvidia package mix-up) and Geforce Experience carries this selection forward in future main releases, I'm guessing next major release will force a clean install for all?
Can't install the hotfix here, says it's not compatible with my windows version.
Windows 10 Pro
version 10.0.17763 Build 17763
edit: just caught up with chat, package link mix it seems?! let's try the dch link
edit-edit: Can confirm dch and standard links were mixed up by Nvidia. Just installed the dch version and it shows as standard version in nvidia control panel.
FFS, their shitty installer is failing more often than Venezuela's economy! Every procreating time I want to install GFE with drivers, the installer fails at installing SHIELD Streaming Services.
stop blaming the installer for what is an issue with your Windows Install and its configuration.
I knew "experts" like you will pop-up like mushrooms after a rain.
It's a fresh OS installation. It was happening before and if you'd pull your head out of your ass and searched Google, you'd see shitload of complaints about the same issue all over the internet.
After installing 416.64 my NV panel has disappeared, I did clean install using DDU, nothing changed, so I rolled to *.34 and it's back, never seen this bug before
Thanks mate, I'll try another link
please give me the link to download modded driver quadro 411.81 for geforce...i found only 416.30 here https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/quadro-416-30-win-7-10-x64.423443/
Does mod inf from 416.30 support new 411.81?
Installed on Win7 64-bit, no problems. Keeper for now ...
You were right, it's all good now
