- Toggling HDR on and off in-game causes game stability issues when non-native resolution is used.
- Monitor may briefly flicker on waking from display sleep if DSR/DLDSR is enabled.
- [Halo Wars 2] In-game foliage is larger than normal and displays constant flickering
- [Steam version] Forza Horizon 4 may freeze after 15-30 minutes of gameplay
- [GeForce RTX 4090] Watch Dogs 2 may display flickering when staring at the sky

They based these conclusions on the fact it's a studio driver.

Installed fine, Upgrade.

Witcher 3 RT = Very good
BF 2042 = Very good, Flat line
Forza H5 RT = Very good, Freestyle is working no need to disable before exit
Kena BoS =
Sackboy RT =
Forspoken Demo = Superb with RT & DLSS

 

This is new, It's in addition to the the usual DisplayNvContainer.exe. nvngx_update.exe. Using NVCLEANNSTALL for less bloatware:-

Yes, NGX is machine learning stuff for CUDA via Tensor Cores.
Honestly, no idea why there are such profiles or whatever which are updated that way.

 

3090 not idling like previous driver, not sure if it's just me. If it is I will DDU and see if that solves it:

522.25 is the last good driver for FH4. After that release it is just a crash fest with all new drivers. Why is so hard to fix something which was working perfectly fine in older releases and you are aware of the problem?

 

Yep, they updated their website to include the Game Ready Driver now, a few hours ago it was only showing the Studio Driver.
