Branch 475 not coming out this year?
Problem is that it crashes the driver, but it doesn't seem to crash hard enough to cause a BSOD or actual memory dumps to be created. Screen just goes black, sometimes sound keeps playing, but input doesnt seem to work and screen remains black.
Next GRD will presumably be R475.
As for when it will launch - likely in October, with FC6 and GoTG releases.
Doubtful. 472.12 is the Far Cry 6 supported GRD.
So 472.12 wont be more stable on Dev ?
you shouldn't be on Dev unless you're providing detailed kernel and driver feedback.
you certainly shouldn't be on dev with your day to day pc.
Been running it just fine day to day lol
That's the only way to thoroughly test the dev builds is using them day to day. If it's on a spare machine that is sparingly used, not much testing is being done.
So i did this move to but were is the cache going then? Sorry im noob on this things.
It's not responsible for cache, it's part of the automatic OC for RTX cards among other things probably.
I provide OS functionality and bug feedback. So back to the question I asked?
Sorry for my ignorance and thanks for reply i tought it was some cashe they dump some times and the hard drive was geting 1gb sometimes 3gb of space. Then when i use ddu that space apears again thats the wierd thing.
No thread for 510.31 ?
To almost 3 month old drivers ?
They are the latest Windows 11 drivers as far as I know.
Not really. The latest are the 496.84.
These 500.x drivers are still buggy as hell too. I tried both 510.31 and these, and they crashed or stutter with almost every game I tried.
496.84 are butter smooth here.
