As of the 471.22 hotfix, some programs fail to compile ReShade's version of AMD CAS which I use on pretty much everything. Particularly annoying is that it fails to compile now in Ryujinx so this driver ruins it for a lot of games.

Wondering if there will be a new version for the RDR2 DLSS release.

It's not making it in the next driver after all, can you just make sure that the legacy physx runtime isn't in a damaged install state, it happens occasionally and this will cause physx titles to crash (fluid mark will fail to emit goop)

I uninstalled and installed the last two versions of Legacy Physx without improvements. Any other physx effect in old games works fine.

can I do any more in order to test?

    check fluidmark,
theres no crashing in ACBF with turbulence, and AK seems to be a unique application specific issue (within the application)

Unfortunately none of the power management settings helped anything.

Do you see in GPU-Z that you have it connected via PCI-e version 1.1?
Did you plug it into the chipset connector?
There may also be incomplete contact with the slot - does it rest against anything with the cooling system?
It may also be that the CPU cooler was skewed, and this affected

I don't quite understand how it happens?
What exactly are you changing that the pci-e version information is different in different screenshots?
Sorry, English is not my first language

    UPD:
I noticed that the Device ID is different in these two screenshots

hello, i haven't been doing anything this is simply the normal operation of my video card, when i'm idle, browsing the internet, i don't use hardware acceleration, so the card stays in idles mode on PCI-E 1.1, if by chance I use something that needs 3D acceleration, it goes into PCI-E 3.0 mode, simple as that, note, there was no change in device ID, there is no reason for me to do this, this FORUM is not for competition, we are here to share information to our GURU3D community.

    ps: EVGA GTX1070SC(white) + Nvidia 471.21Developer + W11 22000.71

RE: PCI-E version shown in GPU-Z.
That is normal for it to show a lower version when the card is "idle", it's a power savings thing. If you click the little blue question mark right next to it, it explains what I just said and gives you a light render test to force the card into max mode.

This is solved in OS 19042.1151. Performance is about normal with KB5004296 again.
LOGON Taskbar SHELL (EXPLORER) might stuck still on interactive user scenario firewall request for the news & interest connection.
