Whatever it is, it made Firefox go blank/white, just like a TDR did when I had them. All it means to me is, "Driver bad! Roll back!" I've done that, but didn't see any improvement above +/- 2 FPS margin of error stuff. Windows 7 is just lighter and beats Windows 10 up in performance of every single kind I can think of. Faster boot (if not cheating with Fast Boot, IE never really shut down), snappier desktop, faster program loading, Large file transfers to USB external drive move at 140+ MB/s, vs 94 MB/s on W10, etc., etc. Of course it lacks a few things too, like DirectX 12, which in theory though, would only make it beat up Windows 10 even more if it had it. And of course as time goes on, more and more things will just stop working properly on 7, sadly.
