Performance in CS:GO in Windows 10 (2004 including) struggles comparing to that in Windows 7. Judging by FPS Benchmark and its internal measurements. Windows 10 - without HAGS it's min 58 fps avg 332 fps, with HAGS it's pretty much the same BUT with a huge instant drop (there may occur 1 or 2 of them within 1 benchmark run) down to 35 or 11 fps in random places, some of them seem to be connected with playing sounds (like it drops just before a random sound is played). And yes it's fully up-to-date Windows, nothing overheats. Windows 7 - min 67 fps avg 350 fps, not a signle fps drop ever occurs when running the benchmark, and ingame there are much less of those annoying freezes overall. Hopefully NVIDIA will fix that soon, it's not a new game so everyone knows how it works, moreover it's a very popular multiplayer game with many big prize tournaments, so it's worth looking into.
