Performance in CS:GO in Windows 10 (2004 including) struggles comparing to that in Windows 7. Judging by FPS Benchmark and its internal measurements.

Windows 10 - without HAGS it's min 58 fps avg 332 fps, with HAGS it's pretty much the same BUT with a huge instant drop (there may occur 1 or 2 of them within 1 benchmark run) down to 35 or 11 fps in random places, some of them seem to be connected with playing sounds (like it drops just before a random sound is played). And yes it's fully up-to-date Windows, nothing overheats.
Windows 7 - min 67 fps avg 350 fps, not a signle fps drop ever occurs when running the benchmark, and ingame there are much less of those annoying freezes overall.

Hopefully NVIDIA will fix that soon, it's not a new game so everyone knows how it works, moreover it's a very popular multiplayer game with many big prize tournaments, so it's worth looking into.

    use 443.41

Neither have ever run without stutter, (until one of them got the denuvo removal crack)

tbh, the game is a broken mess on both vendors with various crash issues, i'm not surprised nvidia pushing out a vulkan 1.2 update has issues.

Do NOT upgrade to 451.48 and Windows 10 version 2004. What a shower of turds it made the game
I reverted back to 445.87 which made it slightly better but there was still some very annoying random stuttering
Restored my whole OS drive (back to version 1909) and it's back to normal, no problems.
If it aint broke, don't fix it!

Downloaded the new nVidia drivers and Windows update and it's made COD virtually unplayable. Huge stutters every other second. What a shower of shizzle. :(

More and more people are noticing stuttering with the latest Nvidia 451.48 drivers and Windows 2004 update, especially with COD Warzone. Any chance of ManualG looking into this? This goes for both the 9xx and 20xx range of GPU's ( GPU SCHEDULING OFF/ON - GAME MODE OFF )

How many videos do you need to see to realize that it was never happening before? 10? 100? 1000?

stop assuming the experience of a handful of others is the consensus of all.

also COD has fps issues every time it releases a client update.

they resolve themselves after a few days

So what's the verdict on HAGS - i'm on a 1070. Should i enable or leave it? Im not playing many triple A games though, just occasionally.

For my opninion using 446.14 with wddm 2.6 on both 1909/2004 - best scenario for smooth and stable perfomance at now- at least until 45x.xx next driver/hotfix coming -

If you do not want to change 451.48

Hags are better off at the moment - the function is damp, and many applications are not tested

Single monitor, Asus pg278q with gsync disabled. I would say on avg approx 10 minutes between the freezes.

Out of curiosity can you redo RDR2 benchmark on 1909 w/ 451.48 driver?

    Asking for a friend...
