Anyone else finding these drivers to be extremely fast? Not really in frame rates but in frame pacing/frame times(?) Not sure what the correct terminology would be but games just feel much faster despite giving off mostly the same frame rates. Could be placebo or the recent ram overclock that I did too.

I don't use these drivers but such effect is possible, once I have tested frametimes with FRAPS+FRAFS for some games using various settings and noticed that in certain cases while using certain settings frames per second were worse but frametimes were better and frame drops less severe.

Anyone can enable Nvidia 3D and the screen doesn't goes crazy and non stop flashing ? entering 3D mode and Off , my TV does that, it did it before with windows 1709 version when PowerDVD 17 needed update for WDDM 2.2 and they fixed it. now it happens again only from NVIDIA side, I just enable Nvidia 3D and go to Wizard and the screen doesn't stop flashing , choosing 1080p 3D mode or 720P 30 Mode resolution also goes to non stop flashing . What's the deal with this driver !!

This driver is awful for F1 2017.

    I got micro stuttering on my 1440P 165Hz G-Sync (XB271HU) w/ 8700k @ 5.1Ghz and GTX Titan XP ( i get constant 165FPS on high setting) with V-sync on

And as soon as I installed this driver, clean install 388.13 to 398.11, and when I tried to restart the system, boom!

Before I restarted I opened nvcpl to enable DSR, closed, imported nvinspector profiles and then tried to restart.. No such thing with that 388.13.

    So much for that.

Don't tell me I will have to DDU each time now.

EDIT: and again, I overwrite 398.11, opened nvcpl to disable tray icon and

Is the issue DSR, if you don't touch it does it still crash at shutdown (leave everything stock in global profile).

right about Quake champions and kernel error 141 or hard system freeze. This thing stresses my gpu to the max @ DSR, 144HZ/fps.

when gpu hits 70-71C it usually drops one boost clock and at 1418MHz, stock 1.187v it also drops 1 voltage step and this isn't enough anymore at 1405MHz.
When that happens either CTD kernel 141 or the system hard locks and freezes (buzz sound)..

Now I flashed back to 1405MHz and this was ok. Not a big deal though its only maaybe 0.5 - 1fps difference.

I wasn't 100% sure, yesterday I played at 1405MHZ and it was ok, but today I flashed to 1418MHZ to see and then I saw this buzz sound hard freeze again, not right away, took longer.
    No 141kernel though.
I always suspected my cpu OC as cause, and adjusted that a lot, but it kept happening over and over, even at my usually 1000% stable 4.6GHz like today.. So I knew its gpu bios OC that apparently is not 100% ok.

First time when I got this gpu I tested it to see what's the safe max stable OC I end up at 1405MHz, but then I tested 1418MHz and thought this was is it too, even though the first time wasn't (think it failed @ Heaven after 30-45min or so). So now I really know 1405MHz is the limit for 1.187v.

Something weird started happening since last drivers . Everytime I turn on my TV LG OLED E6Y 55" and Nvidia set to Use Default Color Settings . I have Green Pixels on random places but they are blinking on the same place. I mean every time I will turn the TV I'll have blinking green little dots blinking on the same place but random places everytime I turn the TV on. The only way to fix it is to change to Use NVIDIA color settings and then it stops then back to Use default color settings . I think it's because the output dynamic range FULL causing some issues. not sure. because I also have other problem ,

I am connected using DreamScreen HUB which gives my TV Led's color like Philips Ambilight. there are some issue with it also when using 24 Hz , I can't use Output Dynamic Range to FULL when using 24 Hz connected to the hub , the TV keeps flickering on and off black screen. but when not using the DreamScreen Hub it works fine with Full 24 Hz . but it still works fine with LIMITED and when the TV set to Black Level to LOW which is exactly the same quality. But anyway I always used Limited , so that's why I see the issue now .

Has this ever been acknowledged/addressed? I've been going crazy trying to figure out why my Sony XE9005 suddenly decided it was a 1080p panel when HDR was enabled. It's a highly irritating issue.
