yes, but did you see the price ?... I'm not just talking about performance,, I'm talking also performance per price . ofc if I want I can buy intel for 2000$ , but why if there is AMD for 1300$

During released 388.00, 388.10 & 388.13, there's no one from YouTube reviewer like LTT, JayzTwoCents & others mentioned a single word regarding shuttering issue. They'd rendering videos as their daily job (included ads as we know) & most of them will recommend Ryzen or ThreadRipper for
price–performance ratio (Marketing strategy same like Intel & NVIDIA too)

My theory is that if I'm gaming with 1080p, 1440p, 2160p @ 60 Hz monitors then the processors brands is not that significant anymore. Like I know you use madVR should stick with NVIDIA GPU's. I personally favor the majority side because higher resale value, easy to find, more spare parts, community is bigger & the most important part is giving me the less issue.

Lastly, Microsoft fixed the black screen issue & we can start to enjoy our videos.

That's not really accurate. It's not significant if you're mostly GPU limited - but this isn't anything new really. You won't be mostly GPU limited in 1080p@60 Hz even on a 1070.
