1. I doubt you would like software without telemetry.
2. Actually, you CAN easily opt out of it in the NVCP too, lol. You have a choice.
3. They have the right, it´s in their privacy policy. Don´t like it, don´t use it then.
4. Telemetry in most software is NOT violating your privacy. It is collecting mostly non-personal data. Companies are using multiple checks to exclude
any personal or sensitive data before sending telemetry, including companies like Google or Microsoft.

Yes, No more "NVDisplay.Container.exe" Errors in Event Viewer and no Random Crash related to that with fast Startup. after 3 Driver release, they've finally fixed this problem.

I used DisplayCal to calibrate, but have been using Color Profile Keeper to force the created icc profile.

Is Cpk preserving gamma when I load games? Would using DisplayCal to force the icc profile be the better choice for those using Creators update until its fixed?

Why isn't everybody just using Cpk or Color sustainer?

 

You know, it`d sure be nice if nVidia could get the issue they have with these new Driver updates and Netflix in win 10 IE fixed. The last 2 Driver updates makes Netflix run in slowmo for me. And I know I am not the only 1 experiencing this.

 

there are "claims" over at swtor forums these drivers increase swtor performance significantly i not sure what to take of that, and not sure i want changes drivers to test it any else on these drivers and seen increase in swtor performance?

it is rather stupid consider everyone has smartphone now and live on fb twitter hell the internet in general. yet dont realize there be tracked every piece text/phone call email is track at this point. weather people want to believe it

 

I don't comment much about the driver releases even though I have been a member for years, but I actually found these to improve some issues I was having with frame rate and other things.

This is just my experience and can be different for others.

...and you guys need to give up the paranoia about telemetry. It is useful. It helps. The amount of people that actually submit bug reports is likely a fraction of people that use the drivers and hardware. Telemetry is trying to overcome that when there is a crash..etc.

It doesn't matter if you look at porn or like Hitler. Give it up already...yeesh.

Is anyone playing Modern Warfare Remastered and also getting the problem of not getting over 60FPS since the creators update and subsequent 381.xx drivers issue? If yes has anyone found a fix for it, or is this a driver issue which NV needs to cure?

Win10 and these drivers ran fine for me so far with surround and sli, mostly commenting for the follow.

Playing GRW seems very smooth.

 

No installation/lock-ups/black screen issues and is working good under general usage. All system are still using Win10 AE.

 

DON"T CONFUSE US WITH REAL FACTS/DATA!

P.S. I think Superman is behind this...

because with DisplayCal you can create a 3D LUT from the profile and force the same desktop gamma/colours to be used in game with reshade which are normally temperamental with cpk, color sustainer or profile loader.
