I gained just over 300 points in time spy
Realy nice ! I'm losing on all fronts bot I don't bother glad there are a lot of game fixes in this driver
I agree the game fixes are the most important so far this is a good driver for me
How's Witcher 3 with these on Maxwell?
How come installer for Vulkan is 1.0.11?
Whelp, there went half my desire to even try to install these. Assumed this was long fixed but couldn't install anything newer than .51 because they all break surround.
Hoping this driver fixes surround at least but with them not bothering with the dpc latency it makes me wonder. Good times.
yep nice drivers for me so far ....
Nope surround still broken.
I'm so done with nvidia. Been waiting months...
Dpc latency also almost twice as bad lol. Over 1000 now, was 600 with .51
Do they even test drivers? Or just let em rip regardless of what's broken? Hire more software engineers perhaps? After the 6000 I spent on cards in the last 3 years I know they can wing it...
How does this Fast Sync supposed to work? I tried it in 2 games and didn't see any improvements. I chose weaker games which I could easily hit 60 fps and still left with spare GPU usage. Frames go over 60 and the image is a stuttery mess with Fast enabled in NVCP. Isn't this supposed to cap the frames to 60? Anyway I don't think this thing works.
Edit: It's supposed to render over 60 like with Vsync off but eliminates tearing.
Still image does not seem or feel smooth at all.
previously on my NVIDIA profile inspector is working without tearing;
Frame Rate Limiter - [~] 61.8 fps
Vertical Sync - Force on
Vertical Sync Tear Control - Adaptive
but now i need to set Vertical Sync - Force off to avoid tearing.
FYI, i turned off v-sync on the game setting for my FIFA 15 & NBA 2K16
after testing i noticed this new adaptive v-sync performed smoother & more stable but v-sync must be turned off.
I'm not sure about it but, it seems installing this driver seems to change the Win10 Anniversary Update's darker blue highlights back to light blue. Like in Chrome's addressbar for example.
Anybody else noticing this?
Did you check the output dynamic range? Nvidia drivers are bugged since hells know when with this. It always reverts to Limited with every clean install no matter if HDMI or DP for me. Check your color dynamic ranger under resolution settings.
What is broken with nv Surround ?
I've just set it again with no problem.
Yeah, it's the first thing I switch on every driver reinstall so that's not it. Just to eliminate that possibility, I tried to switch to limited to test and it didn't make a difference.
This was after Anniversary Update:
This is after installing this driver:
I cannot think of anything else I changed in the meantime.
Finally something I do agree with, XP has been dead for ages.
- Ansel is working in The Witcher 3 (a small patch for TW3 was released today I think)
- Doom VK isn't stuttering anymore with vsync
- NMS is stuttering way less than on 369.00
Dunno I definitely don't have this. You can try one more a clean install with DDU. If this doesn't fix it revert back to previous driver maybe it's some weird bug.
This was a DDU clean install. So you have the darker blue still?
and cuda video decoder not work in windows 10 with all drivers only work in windows 8.1 and 7, this a bug of mpc-hc or nvidia driver?
show ok cuda vida but no running decoder, running avcodec only work
only decoder x264 with hardware DXVA2, CUdvideo decoder is mutch more beautiful image and another bug is, my movie on tv not work YCbCr444 color in driver show and apply but Apparently continues RGB32, black screen not good for movies(tested both YCbCr444 and RGB32) result is same but and YCbCr444 is perfect for my tv, in windows 7 and 8.1, this a bug? WHAT will be what is happening? rather than improve things became worse
