Updated Release note on OP page.
I installed the drivers and they seem to be performing roughly the same, I didn't test firestrike though.
However, after I installed them and tested, I rebooted my pc and went to buy groceries, my car wouldn't start. Considering nvidia's upcoming expansion in the automated automotive market i think this is intentional gimping to force users to upgrade their cars and cards to drive px2
[GeForce GTX 400 and 500 series] Dark Souls 3 has very poor performance, regardless
of the game settings, on the 364.72 and 364.97 drivers.
Great drivers as usual from NVidia. I also concur with those that say Rise of the Tomb Raider performs better.
you're not recalling correctly. it was only the 320.18 and it was a few FERMI cards that allegedly gave up the ghost.
back on topic:
anyone been playing crysis 2 lately - could you test drive these?
been having some issues lately playing that - wondering if user error. :infinity:
DSR is back with SLI and gsync on, cheers !
Great drivers so far in Witcher3 and Dreadnought.
Looking forward to Overwatch with the SLI profile
Fresh install with DDU, seems to work fine. No molten GPU, haven't had time to test more (will do so today with OW beta I guess).
i instaled them and tested on alien asolation, crysis 2.Only one smal problem the alien ships have some black pixels when they apear around the engines. The rest in performance are just like other nvidia drivers i instaled so far nop my second hand gtx 750ti didnt blow up and take my house with her loll
Paragon is awesome and runs sweet with this driver
here's what's interesting about this driver
Hmmm... so now I have Vulkan on my rig, I can now finally use DSR with my SLI setup and my Gsync monitor, not too shabby. Also ShadowPlay acted up a bit for me, hopefully it will run better now. That Power saving if the monitor is turned off or blank, it sounds a bit like AMD's zero core stuff, or am I wrong there?
Driver installed with no issues. Performs fine under normal usage ( office works, web surfing using Chrome and gaming ). No game-breaking bug so far.
It is normal wen you run MSI AB wen you update drivers.
How is this driver with the Division?
These are R364 changes, they came with the first 364 driver, nothing new here for 365.10.
Drivers can destroy cards, just like drivers can wreck cars
I had the same problem with a couple of drivers in MSI AB but the last driver (not this new one, have not installed it, yet) worked like a charm; I dont know if Unwinder's was at fault, since for me it worked with another set of drivers so probably it was on nvidia's side.
y u never blame MSI? frankly speaking NV driver won't destroy yr GPU. MSI AB is the real reason u guys got issue but don't wanna admit.
MSI is a crap & usually is user issue not NV issue.
I seen drivers destroy cards due to fan issues. and I also seen games(starcraft 2) that destroyed cards..
I also saw windows 98 short out a laptop..... was running fine on windows 3.1...:3eyes:
twice now with installing drivers. I had a issues where doing a clean install resulted in a black screen. I waited a little bit and hit enter and the computer rebooted and went back into windows, logged in and nvidia installer popped up and finishing install and rebooted the system.
Please elaborate, usually SC destroyed people (like that one Korean guy that diend in the internet cafe because he didn't sleep or eat in five days), but I'd love to know how that killed a graphics card
The actual changes for this driver are:
Other than that component updates and SLI profile for Everybody's Gone to rapture and Overwatch. 3D Vision for Battleborn(rated Good)
Also the notice about Quantum Break memory issue being a Win10 issue that MS is going to patch.
