Watch_Dogs is DirectX11 hence why it works. The SweetFX issue is specifically related to DirectX9.
well all of my DX9 titles are working with sweetFX, Borderlands 2, Divinity - OS, Team Fortress 2, Diablo3, The witcher 1 y 2, it doesn't seem broken for me, idk what you guys are talking about
In everything I've tried after this driver:
I think he only modified that driver to support nvcuvenc, I think the screenshot was to show what he was currently working on.
"nvspcap.dll" is part of ShadowPlay, try reinstalling GeForce Experience. I would use the standalone installer.
Great driver, performance boost in some games and better use of overclocked GTX 680 SLi
i came back out of the darkness just to tell you sweetFX works with all my games still with these 344.11's and windows 7 x64 i.e fifa 14 dx9 and assassins creed revelations dx9 no problems at all
only problem i have is with just cause 2 and thats if i force v-sync off in the NVCP the game either freezes during splash screen of starts with a black screen, setting it to (use global profile) which is always default anyway the games runs fine.
i will say that this driver seem very smooth in all my currently installed games
anyway back to the great beyond i go
wolfenstein works fine, just very beginnings though.
Don't forget to check if you OC utility as running
fps_max in console?
Fresh install of Windows 8.1 Pro with these. Also got an i3 today (couldn't play FIFA 15 with my Pentium).
Pleased to say these are working extremely smooth in WoW, FIFA 15 demo, Trine 1 & 2, Resident Evil 5 & 6 and I can now play Watchdogs smoothly. Also, a big plus for me is I can now record Shadowplay footage without any stutters evident when i play it back
All of this and I'm using one slow, 1Tb Mechanical HDD.
Will report back if I come across any issues in other games I may try but so far very impressed!
Yep I concur. Tested all the games I have SweetFX in, both dx9 and dx10/11 and found no issues.
...Holy crap, it's 3 am where I'm at. I'm done testing...
that´s not the driver fault, it´s GFE fault, uninstall it and reinstall using the standalone intaller
At last good driver since long time.
Nothing on Dead Rising 3 huh? Ouch.
@ MrBonk - Dead Rising 3 runs fine with these drivers (i.e. it does crash). Performance is not exactly consistent but that is more down to a lack of optimisation in the game itself and I doubt any driver is going to fix that as it needs to be patched.
For example, the framepacing issue at 30 FPS, which make the game feel like it is running slower and less smoothly than on the Xbox One, is an engine issue. Whether Capcom fix it and/or optimise the engine remains to be seen. Somehow I think they will do the absolute minimum they can away with and this game will never run as well as it should until more powerful PC hardware comes along.
My 3Dmark results. email@example.com
But i still have the same error ... i uninstaled GFE and insalled it again, i still have the error..
Meh, you can no longer use those OpenGL 4.5 dlls.
Uninstalled and reinstalled GFE, error persists.
