    hmmm,

when i try to set "ShaderCache" or just klick at it, the NVControll Panel crashes. i cant set this option, no matter what i try..

Now, if i take a look at NVInspector the option ShaderCache says: 0x00000000, and not 0x00000001..

but in NVControll Panel it says "ShaderCache ON".

so, what is it now? or does NVInspector need an Update?

    im confused..

when I installed driver I had it enabled through inspector and it was enabled in 337.50 nvcp by default.
bf4 runs uber with these, 75fps 1080 on 760 is easy peasy.

    yeahh, scratch my Post, haha..
I just looked at the 2 Profiles i had backuped. so there was a slight confusion between NVPanel and Inspector..

    i tested it now.
I set it to 0x00000000 in inspector and checked in NV Controll Panel. it was OFF, then i retested it again with on and an other Profile..

it seems to work now like it should :)

But, it remains, when i click the ShaderCache option in The NV Controll Panel, it freezes/crashes..

well, i dont really care, hehe. i use dat Inspector, its better anyways...

    NoaW....Lets test these Babys...

I wonder what will happen with Mantle now... I don't see its point now as it support less than 5 games and on top of that nVidia can do faster with DX11...

    umm, i edited my post..

    BUT..looks normal?

    look at your pic.
in NV Panel it says ON/EIN
But in INspector it says: 0x00000000

    it should say: 0x00000001

i mean, 1 means On afterall...

can u tell me where the Error logs are form NVidia?
    if there is such thing..

so i could look why its freezing when i klick teh option...

i tried to install teh driver 2 times now..still happening..

clean install of course and also DriverCLeaner form Wagnard...

    Greetz :)=

    I hope it doesn't disappear,

surely directx11 isn't faster than mantle in bf4?

Depends if AMD was all lies/marketing on Mantle.

What's this conspiracy theory here, take that to mantle thread :p

ps no mantle is not a hoax, guess AMD took another approach to speed up its gpus, nothing wrong here.

    @BetA
It doesn't crash here either, I was changing it in nvcpl base profile

Try with vanilla game profiles - nothing imported @ nvinspector.

hi man, I don't have IT INSTALED ANYMORES, living with SSDs ..
I even lost my batman install yesterday by mistake so I can't compare that either.
firestrike is better and that's fine for me, bf4 is better too.

Meh, no improvements what so ever (tested BF3, Bioshock Infinite and Titanfall), I even got 2 frames less in Titanfall.

I think it's time to upgrade.

You can export the profiles using Nvidia Inspector in a couple of seconds.
