I really was not going to bother replying to this awful post but I decided I am a bit curious.

So, for my personal edification, do you consider yourself to be a nice gentleman? I assume your reasonably mature as you reference the presence of children, perhaps you could consider leaving us tf alone, minding your own business etc, and let people having problems like myself, try and report to Nvidia the problem I am having, and convince them, and everybody else in the process, it IS the drivers, and pray, with enough people acknowledging said problem, they do something tf about it.

It's actually people like you who have dragged this in 'DEBATE' by bitching at us, FOR BITCHING!?

Honestly, I said it in a previous post, leave me alone LOL

PLEASE? I am NOT BOTHERING YOU, it's a FORUM, DON'T FKN READ MY POSTS.

guys can you please try and stay on topic cos it's really becoming annoying to read more off topic stuff in this thread than the important things.
no one cares about this crying and some guy selling his nvidia hardware cos his broken hearted and angry at green camp :3eyes:.

I'm angry at nvidia just the same as all of you, but there is nothing I can do but wait unfortunately, and hope they will finally fix all this c*ap with latest drivers.

I really hope mod will clean all this mess including my addition cos IMO this is not a place to have this kind of fighting but a place to learn something and exchange experiences and knowledge.

    cheers.

Statements about applications faults are facts. Statements about selling PC and about NVidia is XXX are emotions. Stick to the facts, avoid emotions and you will not get emotions in return.

They aren't children, you already said it yourself. It's a forum, the internet.

Where people can say whatever they want (until/if they get banned, warned, or such, depending on where they are and what they're saying) and express feelings, with little-to-no risk. Feelings get hurt here, and people say rude or dumb things.

    Get over it.

No problems here this driver is all good, one thing is for sure in the past i used beta drivers allot with no problems but the previous nvidia beta driver 326.80 is full of bsods lol.

This driver is really good, no bsods or anything and its WHQL the means probably allot these days thats for sure compared to the 326.80 unstable garbage.

Ok this is utterly strange. Before i go on, i made clean installs between drivers with the usual way (Driver Fusion, safe mode).

Anyway, if i use 326.80, my gpus clock speeds are exactly as they should (two gigabyte cards, but the SOC is using LN2 bios which has higher clocks, the second one which is WF3x has a small oc).

If i use the 327.23 driver, my SOC gets downclocked to reference WF3x speeds even if i never touched the physical vbios switch on it. Second card is fine.

I tried this 3 times, even installing on top, but with .23 keeps happening. I cant explain why it happens....uhm....isnt it strange lol

    So with 326.80:
    GPU1 (GB SoC): 1137/1550/1202
    GPU2 (GP WF3x): 1072/1502/1137

    With 327.23:
    GPU1 (GB SoC): 1072/1502/1137
    GPU2 (GP WF3x): 1072/1502/1137

Enabling or disabling sli doesnt effect the clocks at all, neither reboots or reinstall the cards. I repeat, i didnt touched the physical switch on the gpu at all, pc case is closed as ever.

Strangest thing i saw in almost 17 years of pc assembly.

This is the reason why I flash modded the latest bios for my cards in order to keep them in sync.Nvidia states that they can operate at their individual clocks in SLI and that's true, but, I followed the lil voice in the back of my head, cus I had a feeling it may cause issues down the road. One card would boost higher than the other without manual OC, bios mod took care of that.

Hi, with this driver everything works pretty well, except Battlefield 3 has some effect micro sttutering when the game comes on screen may not exactly be but would be very grateful to Nvidia to revise it, and that this did not happen 320.49 drivers. Typically ultra SLI and games within the game, Nvidia control panel all by default.

Not sure if it has been brought up at all, but to people having the stuttering issues using vsync while also running precisionX or afterburner (or like software), what is your polling rate set to in the monitoring software?

I remember having a distinct issue a while back with tri-sli (sli had the same issue) where if the polling rate was set to 1 second or less (<=1000ms) there would be a rash of annoying ass stuttering. It didn't disappear until the polling rate was set to 1800-3000ms depending on the game.

I recall it being reported and I think I recall seeing a fix about it in a previous driver release, but for ****s and giggles why not try reducing the polling rate and see what happens? Just spitballin here.

    Battlefield 3 related:

Well after around 20 hours of playing on many different servers with the 314.14 beta drivers at different times of the day, I can conclude that for me, the latest WHQL and previous beta drivers (plus other previous drivers) all have that micro stutter feeling within the game.

Now I know I've said in the past said that things have been smooth, most of the time they are but there are the occasional hiccups that I've noticed after I've posted usually. I've usually put this down to lag from the server but it got me thinking about the drivers I was using hence why I've gone back to a driver I knew for sure worked totally fine with Battlefield 3.

I can guarantee that if I reinstall the new WHQL's I will have stutter again within Battlefield 3 and to be honest, I'd rather not so at this point I'm going to be sticking with the 314.14's until Battlefield 4 comes out.

As for the other games I am playing at the moment, I've not found any issues with them with the WHQL drivers but I believe I may with these older drivers but only time will tell.

Games: Metro Last Light, Outlast, Amnesia A Machine For Pigs, Left 4 Dead 2, Tomb Raider and Diablo 3.

Would it be possible for someone from the driver team and or ManuelG to take another look at this please. With nearly 700 hours invested in the game, you kind of get to know how battlefield 3 should feel when playing. There is definitely something not right with the new drivers and that game. I have no problems within Windows or any other program that I can think of at the moment.

As I've read in this thread, there seems to be plenty of others with the same problem. Personally I think the people that are not seeing it may have slightly less sensitive eyes as to those who can. It's a possibility and something to think about. So anyway, please can you take a look :)

    Regards,

Yeah, I get it - it's impossible for us nerds to admit defeat and get a second opinion on anything. We're responsible for solving problems on our own, and it's almost always someone else's fault.

But seriously, I wasn't trying to insult your intelligence. I was just suggesting getting a second opinion. I can't tell you how many times I have been stumped over an issue, only to find out it was some dumb thing I overlooked. Then again, I don't consider myself a professional either.

No complaints for me for these drivers. Running well. No issues. No major improvements on the last set, but had no problems with previous beta anyway.

I'm having these same issues except I'm only using a single GTX 780. However the fix for me is to run the games in Windowed mode. Can you try to see if it lowers your frame times?

Has somebody played gta4 with mods lately? I have (ICE mod, ultimate textures etc).

With last WHQL driver (320.xx), the game run 40-60FPS. With newest, I can see like 15-25FPS. Is that possible, that new driver are not optimalized for old games which makes it unplayable?

Srly its massive fps drop. Never seen anything like that before.

Edit: U think I should stay with 320. or you can recommend another driver for my card?

Get rid of the mods. They're usually poorly-coded pieces of third-party crap that reduce stability, provide minimal performance benefits, and offer next to no support.

Following that, if you still have trouble, it could very well be a driver problem.
