@ Blaire - Are you Sora on the GeForce.com forum because if so then many thanks to... erm... both you!!! I didn't expect a reply so quickly. :D

    *EDIT*
Sora corrected me on GeForce.com as you are obviously Blaire on that forum as well (I do like consistency). My bad, sorry about that.

these give better minimum fps in metro ll benchy over the 326.80s, though i'm using the latest physx software from the betas.
    8fps minimum vs 10fps minimum.
10fps min is my best score to date.

    and.....
    Performance under a half me

sorry but who cares about fluidmark, bench a real HW physx game/demo to make the final judgement ;)

Yes and no, for example ID engine is openGL, SeriusSam3 can be played in OpenGL too.

Nvidia changed legacy code a bit so it can run faster - for example Doom3 Sikkmodd based on openGL3

Yes but aren't OpenGL game coded to use a specific version? In other words, having a driver with v4.4 of OpenGL doesn't mean that all OpenGL will automatically use that version. If that is the case then these drivers are pretty pointless unless you're a developer making an OpenGL 4.4 game.

Yes its bound to each openGL, I was mostly referring to "speedups" by changing or removing old bits in openGL 3.

And I wouldnt say useless, its a newer branch then 326.80. It can be better you never know, if you have problems with 326.80 then try 326.77

These games are OGL 2.1. Perhaps sikkmod has a new renderer so it might indeed utilize newer extensions. But there's nothing out there that uses 4.x feature set. Well, meybe pcsx2's ogl renderer but it's nowhere near being finished.
Legacy support is still a big concern, just like dx9.

Driver is a driver, even better if it has newer features., its good to know they're there lol

I will keep this 326.77 until i see its bad then i'll try 326.80, no big deal. :)
