I agree with you when you say something has been off with the last few beta releases & you're not the only one saying it. However, less than 50% of beta drivers become official WHQL ones, not pretty much all of them.

well, played RIFT and Far Cry 3 pretty extensively today

compared to 320.49, the performance in both games is exactly the same

Occasional (and really ****in annoying) stuttering in Far Cry 3 not fixed

Wow, it looks like the drivers finally recognize games in your Steam library? Is this something new or has it always been working for everyone?

another failed driver....just like all the 32x.xx series.

but after some tons or research-adjusting-analysing-testing..finally found the best driver..at least for my quad 590.

    is an ancient beta driver........295.18........

much better from all the 32x.xx series by far..absolute stable, with massive solid scaling..

also, this driver give's me my new personal and world 590 quad Unigine Valley record with much lower clocks and voltage.

    let's see..

with all the 32x.xx drivers and after many many tries had maximum score 4798 at 1013mv 719hz gpu and 949hz mem

with this driver 4850 with only 1005mv 702hz gpu and 856hz mem and with only one run..

With your post and mine, that confirms performance drops in 3DMark and Unigine benchmarks on 600 series GPUs. Wonderful.

Though I realise it's mostly anecdotal at this point, since it seems no two users are getting exactly the same results (even if they can be sorted into simple "working" and "not working" categories), I just thought I'd chime in to say that I'm in the "working" side of things.

I haven't given them an absolute caning yet, but it's fair to say I've been unfairly critical of them and so far things appear fine. In fact, these are arguably as good as 320.11 for my 780 - which is both factory overclocked and then pushed even further (caps out at 1,175/3,206). Even the perculiar asset-pausing I noticed with 320.18, 320.49 and 326.01 is pretty much absent with this set (though, full disclosure, I am using considerably faster RAM now - 2400 10-12-11-31 instead of 1600 8-8-8-24).

I haven't pushed it through any kind of major stress testing, but everything works and nothing appears massively out of place; so I'm satisfied. Perhaps the only real observation I can make is that it seems much more keen to jump out of idle than 320.11 ever was, but I don't know if that's a good thing, a bad thing or just a thing.

From what i've read so far, this driver is no good?

I have yet to come across anyone happy with this driver, oh 1 or 2 just to be fair. So does it really suck?

I haven't had any trouble with this set like I had with the previous 320's. However, that is subject to change at any moment, but as of now the 326.19 is working fine with my 550ti SC. Games are running smoother also. (fingers crossed)

Well here we go again :bang:

These are running great on my system. Zero crashes so far unlike the 326.01. 3Dmark advanced score seems to be the same at 9688.

edit: spoke too soon, marvel heroes crashes when trying to start up.

This driver introduced stuttering in NS2 vs 326.01. GPU2 usage is about 10% or more behind GPU1. 100+fps feels like 25~30fps from stuttering in the graphic intensive parts of a map.

... *or* I don't cope with heat well and forgot to enable SLI.

Still crashes. Will wait for the WHQL set, and if it isn't fixed take out one of the Titans once and for all :bang:

I'm looking at a black screen after installing these drivers. On reboot monitor comes on in bios but goes black just after that and does not come back on again.

Can you please try the latest driver and tell me if you still have the same behavior? I don't see any open bugs for the issues you are referring to.
