And how did you found out? There is no win8.1 out yet, no?

I re-enabled Windows 8 automatic driver update and nothing showed up..

anyone know if this is a nvidia problem or something else:

deus ex the new one 1280x720 it gives me 59hz and the frame rate is under 60, mostly stays at 49-51, when i play at 1280x1024 or 1600x900 it shows 60hz. frame rate is back to normal 55-60. anyone know how to get 1280x720 60hz? is it a driver problem?

I thought Windows 8.1 will have the Superbar back in it again natively.

Definetly a problem with many of the new drivers if you arent using a std 60hz lcd screen incl. this version.

Driver is unable to set std 4:3 resolutions in different fps.

Mine defaults to 1204x768 60 hz, and the cutom settings can't detect the corect timings for the monitor took me forever to get it configured correctly for 1600x1200 85hz

Although Microsoft isn't listing the exact feedback, Reller admits that the company has heard the cries for a Start button. "We have heard that, we definitely have heard that and taken that into account," she explains. "We've really also tried to understand what people are really asking for when they're asking for that."

"Start button" is not the same thing as "start menu". I'll have to laugh if the "start button" comes back and pressing on it simply opens the same Windows 8 start screen.

    I've read that too.
It sounds pretty much like it will be back, at least as an option. :infinity:
