I got slightly better fps like 2-3... sigh...
UE3 engine uses all transparent textures. You should use MSAA 8x or 16x for UE3 based games. That is why a lot of you are getting crazy FPS drops in TERA.
um. can i get more details on this? like the right MSAA and transparency AA
we can't force MSAA without using AA compatibility bits ... so... i don't see how MSAA will fix?
I used that and my GTX680 clocks are all over the place. SOmetimes it goes to 1006mhz and then other times it goes to 1089mhz. Everey time I reboot it changes clock speed.
Will this drivers work with GTX560M ? My OS win764bit.
Verde Win7x64 301.42 Driver
Thanks I will try it.
My clocks got stuck at 203mhz...
BS. drops are caused by spiking single core usage.
It's a modified engine btw.
Driver has been running perfectly for me. 3D clocks are working as they should and smooth performance in BF3. Keepers
Edit: I have been running this for 2 days without a issue. I make this post and 3D clocks are locked at 405MHz....G3D is cursed!
I tried this driver. Unfortunately I don't see that is better or worst :/ Do you know maybe other better driver for GTX560M 1.5GB GDDR5
haven't seen anyone mention whether or not the "pink screen of death" is still an issue in these drivers? I've been on 295.73 for ages because anything newer causes Youtube videos to crash my pc! Don't want to have to disable hardware acceleration in Flash, or use the awful html5 youtube player
I'm trying the 302.59's, hopefully no 3D clock problems with them.
The same thing has just happened to me, my clocks haven't got stuck in the last 2 days but the first thing i did after turning on my PC was watch the "ArmA III - Lighting Showcase Video" and the "DiRT Showdown launch trailer 2" :thumbdown on the "latest news page", and now my clocks wont go lower than "405mhz", they will still to raise to "810mhz" though.
(Picture taken about 5 minutes after closing down the internet)
The funny thing is i did quite a few test with my card at reference speed (772mhz) for "ManuelG" and they never got stuck once, i am now going to downclock my card to "772mhz" and see if i can force them to get stuck again.
Seems like good drivers. Works fine here.
Still wont clock down for 120hz monitors, even though it runs just fine if you force it with Inspector.. fail :|
Edit here; not to mention 500DPC, nice, going back to 295.73 which has a DPC of 20.
Ultra fail nvidia :| (are you even trying?)
adobe flash player is guilty of this bug when watching 2 movies in I.E.9 that use flash player simultaneously your frequencies will be locked in p8-state and will not fall longer in idle p12-state...
However, it does not happen all the time ... the only way is to restart Windows... -.-"
i always have a 7.zip error when installing these. So i tried to unninstall 7Zip but it still says the same error exists ...
Cant install them. win 7 64 uptodate
First time this happens to me, always use 7Zip before, really cant understand what the hecks happnin'
any idea please
Bad software readout?
Inspector says i'm running PCI-E 1.1 while GPU-Z says 2.0. I did check the nVidia System Info and it says PCI Express x16 Gen2.
I also just noticed GPU-Z has a different Memory Clock readout.
Looks like there was a profile update this morning for these. Make sure to grab it via the updater
