If you read up on the previous post you might already have noticed it. Microsoft released an new WHQL driver and for whatever reason it hold all kind of entries on the new GT300 based DX11 GPUs from... More...
Nice. Maybe we're all lucky and can choose between a DirectX 11 card from either ATI or Nvidia for Xmas.
M is usually mobile chips! maybe they will release them at the same time as the desktop 300 series. cant wait.
lol sorry, i wrote that half asleep i meant to say that maybe they've got a killer gpu ready and also drivers to support it but they're just being quiet about it....just my guess tho
Bragging rights? Personally i dont care about DX11, sure it'll be nice to have for the games that do support it but i purely want to go to Crossfire 5870's simply for the raw performance.
lol i doubt any game will actually demand that kinda perdormacne but I see wat ya mean, I was tempted to go xfire 4890s, but I'm thinkin 1 5870 will do, DX11 being a bonus, and maybe two in xfire later, I'll wait and see if there is a 5890 and how they compare to G300 though how does it compare to a GTS 250? any idea
the guy from warriors voice: GT300 come out to play-ay, GT300 come out to play-ay, GT300 COME OUT TO PLAY-AYY.
I don't even understand why he asked about why you care so much? DX11 is a pretty good upgrade to the API.
its because ppl are being too pessimistic about DX11....i'll bet most of them believe it'll be another flop like DX10 oh well....only time will tell
Think he was taking the pissed but i'v just got another gtx260 so that should last me a good 6 months to a year i hope.
