Nvidia GeForce 285.62 WHQL

Is anyone having issues with MPC-Home Cinema?

If I fast forward during playback, the sound is OK, but the video lags, plays in fast forward till correct position.

Tried reinstalling without effect. This issue didn't occur with previous drivers.

 

just head's up about WMP12, Windows Media center, Windows movie maker Live and black screen or video issue..

 

I watched w/o any problems win7 x64 and same geforce driver the SDTV/HDTV mpeg-2, mpeg-4/h.264 videos in WMP 12. but what's extension of video??

 

heh ask folks that have it.

For me this driver i sucks reset fan in Bf3 reset clocks :/
Im waiting for fix drvers

 

Works fine with my 295. BF3 running great on ultra settings, 2xAA, low shadows, 1920x1080. Oblivion, WoW, shogun 2, sanctum, dragon age running with no problems so far. No heat issues and clocks down when using the desktop. Updating the driver wasn't so bad as i feared. XD

 

Ok, this driver SUCKS King Kong ballZ. Going back to 285.38.
Tons of Video Hardware Errors and just now I had to hard reboot because the system locked in Firefox while watching flash streams.

 

Cool this driver fixed streaming stutter in Bulletstorm, ok except in the elevator for a split sec, but compared to before its like night and day.. I guess its something with that memory fix in Rage, etc. that also affects this issue in U3E streaming code and fixes it.

I started new game and so far im at 2nd lvl and didnt see anything yet. Last time i played i already had it by now (either tweaked or default cfg) this is all high, 4xaa + forced TrAA 4xss.

So many of you are having problems, makes me wonder what I'm doing wrong lol. So far absolutely no problems whatsoever except the usual BF3 bugs.

 

Please forgo your forged visa pass/green card, get in line, learn English, and then maybe.. maybe we will let you download international drivers for cavemen.

Hummmm, same problem for me, the only way for me to avoid this is executing MPC HC at P8 state, with this no video issues.

 

It looks like nvidia have pushed through a new set of profiles for these drivers including one for Skyrim over nvidia update.

Terrible drivers for me.
I had system freezes during most of my games, and i always had to hard reset.
Note that i use my card at stock speeds.
I rolled back to 280.26, that where trouble free before the installation of the 285.62, and the problem persisted!
Same thing when i upgraded to 290.36 beta!
After reverting my cpu at stock speeds, running diagnostic tests for my ram, hdd's, cpu, i ended with installing the 275.33 whql, that solved all my problems.
I lost two days of troubleshooting and at the end i lost the ability to play NFS The Run.
Waiting for new drivers.
