    Not true.

They were the worst drivers I have ever used too. :puke2:

I do agree though that we should be careful installing drivers that aren't signed and come from an unknown source.

I might have a look at the files with a hex editor to see if anything interesting/revealing turns up...

also tested batman aa. and it's okay, but my sys takes a huge hit from the physx fog it seems, but it also did before...

x3tc bench gave me a very good score also:

This is comparison to the 186.91's

UT3 played for awhile, then hardlock of the entire computer. After reboot would not start UT3. It would get through the menu's but it wouldn't start the game at all after that

Bioshock showed missing polygons and textures everywhere

    TF2 saw a loss of 50FPS

    L4D performance was the same

    The Witcher refused to run

    Red Faction refused to run

Stalker and Stalker Clear Sky refused to run

    Hellgate London refused to run

Dungeon and Dragons online had missing textures all over the place as well as polygons

The control panel worked in comparison to the 190.89's, but they were just as buggy and games crashed/refused to run just as much as them, but again, at least the control panel works with 191.00's, but same crashing of games/missing textures/models etc

None of these game tests were attempting a videocard overclock, and I just tried games with 186.91 and everything works fine again

Clearly its another leaked deverloper kit.
don't expect to much, these are stability kits, rather then performance kits.

Well it was digitally signed by Nvidia yesterday (16th Sept) so it appears to be official.

Aww a nvidia driver toddler :cute:

Been with nvidia myself since Detonator 8.xx the menu based control panel was a huge improvement over the old display cpl tabs,... still prefer it over Sedona, but.... what can you do, sedona is the only choice in Vista/7.

Any sign of 32bit? Why release only 64...most people still use 32.

Why would anybody still be using 32bit when it doesnt even use all your memory and most all new cpus are optimized for 64bit?
