Any program to set LOD tweak instead of Rivatuner??

These drivers seems to be very good...I have a gain of 220point in 2006 with graphic default...

    Why, Hilbert, why?

What is the problem by leaving the original INF?
(maybe as an option, if it have to be)

Reloading these drivers from leadtek now.

    P.S.: another ****ty laptopvideo2go...

I'm getting visual defects with these.... Terrible.

BF2's gun muzzles all look like crap with these.

I think the 96.89s are as good as we're going to get for xp. I think everything (w/ the8800 at least) is almost perfect in vista, other than bugs that have been in win xp forever, like the BG&E water and artifacting. and also other than no new iq settings, ss modes, but those are coming, and I'm sure they'll only be for vista. I recommend dual booting, personally, if vista is giving problems.

    With 97.92 and enhance application AA16x, ingame AA2x 1280*1024 I have a framerate of 45-50fps.
So I think is not due to driver version... Maybe are these able to cancel the slowdown when passes the other racing cars ??

You mean the infamous source engine 'fog bug' that's widely known as being a problem with the 'source engine' and NOT, I repeat NOT a problem with nVidia drivers??? ;-)

I dunno, I had extremely crapp frame rates with 97.92

These just feel smooth. i.e. never dip below 50-60

    I run it at 16AA/16AF..

    Re

I can also see improvements in fps in TDU, its smoother, but i dont know if its only my feeling, but i feel worse IQ, like worse AA, but settings are the same, 4xAA.
Btw can somebody help, how to set aa in control panel so that it would work?
i set antialiasing to overwriting game settings, but its still the ingame 4xaa.
    thanx

Well these definately fixed the problem in FFXI where your character would be the only one on the screen and none of the others would appear. And also the problem with over bright menu buttons so im happy with them.

Use Enhance the application with also AA16x by driver whereas ingame use AA2x. You will notice an improvement of quality of the AA with the same performance of AA2x or at most a bit more slow.

BF2 runs even better with these drivers for me, much better FPS now. Not that they were bad before, but now its like wow...this is what a 8800 is supposed to do lol. 8xAA 16xAF everything on high @1680x1050 and not even the slightest hiccup.

i would not put it past M$ or for someone to figure out how to port it,everything else is being ported over to xp and running better.and funny thing is vista is haxed already and nothing M$ can do since its their system haxing their system.

Still get frequent bluescreens in LoTR Online & DDO Online with this driver AND the 96.98's. (The official ones are no better...) Is there anything that can be done to stop them?

Can you give examples? Truth is some games are reported to run better in vista, even with the far from perfect dirvers we have now. And about Vista beeing "haxed"... that is nothing even remotely as advanced as porting directx 10. You would probably have to use vista drivers in xp then as well. And at that point, I don't see the advantage.

Also... don't believe everything you hear. ;)

By any chance are you using the ForceWare Network Access Manager for your nForce 4 board??

I had the FNAM installed for my 680i board and was getting regular BSOD's all the time - as soon as I uninstalled it, the BSOD's seem to have stopped.

Of course, if you're not using FNAM, then I don't know what to suggest - sorry!
