Nvidia Driver 510.39.01 Unlocks GPU System Processor Performance Enhancement

That's it? Just a simple no? No explanation why it can't be done when the article says that this certain driver unlocks this feature. Maybe this driver can be compared to current desktop drivers and the differences can be replicated.

GSP firmware loads for my RTX 3060 on Fedora 35 with NV driver 510.47.03. It causes a bug where the cursor doesn't visible update from the top-left corner of the screen, but an invisible cursor still moves with the mouse (can click/interact with things with muscle memory).

Didn't notice any immediate benefit or difference.
