well yeah, and I'm not just blindly defending nvidia, but things can sometimes slip and it's good that the community found out about the lower than normal Kepler performance. All nvidia could do is to fix it, which they did, seems like.

ASIO works fine with support pack 3.3 on 10 year old creative card.
Reading comprehension. I'm not forcing anything and I'm using 352.84

Yeah, definitely they fix the issues for 700 series.

For me with GTX 780 reference, now I have around of 10+ FPS more, but the most important thing, now the FPS is more stable and I can play smooth The Witcher 3.

why on hell do you want to install a W7/W8 driver on W10??? there is W10 driver in a few...

it is still in beta test, in 3 month a lot can happen (unless it would be already released), M$ fail W8 in less than that imposing "Modern UI" for tactile on not tactile PC...

@ToyTen Please just post the information, not huge screenshots. And at least use spoiler/code tags

Anyone have more information on G-SYNC V-SYNC ON vs OFF?

EDIT: To answer my own question its where when GSYNC refresh cap is reached it goes VSYNC off instead of on. Meaning if your FPS exceed your monitor refresh you may see tearing but you will have minimal input lag.

To be able to use Oculus Rift, for example.

Impressive. It seems this driver has improved performance in all kinds of games. I'm seeing 10-50(!)FPS improvements on my 680s here, but what's more important, gameplay just feels way smoother now. Pretty nice! Perhaps I won't have to upgrade my video cards so soon after all.

Got the same thing in Witcher 3, about 5 seconds after loading a game :bang:
(Thought I'd give the drivers another go)

This set is keepers for me, just better overal. In FC4 it gives me more room for IQ while surround activated. Just nice

Oh bollocks! I'd hoped they fixed the W3 issue. Are we sure it's the drivers at this point and not just W3? Do the TDRs happen outside of W3?

Not for me, only ever got a TDR on Witcher 3.
I never saw a TDR on driver 352.86 even after 4 hours straight.

Win 10 introduces DX12 which requires changes at both the kernel level and WDDM -- even if DX12 isn't being used. There are some significant performance optimizations here, but they are linked with driver support. Hence the NVIDIA driver also needs to support the new WDDM 2.0, so by definition old Win 8/8.1 drivers designed for WDDM 1.0 are going to have problems.

you mean 5 million testers, with win10 specific drivers already available for testing.

If you want highest performance and stability, its only logical to not be on an unreleased product that's undergoing public testing.

So do you think it's better to use gsync with vsync on option or off?

Did not installed the driver yet, is there a new option to select this?

    Thanks

Sounds like you had some serious driver issues that you finally cleared up, but you could have had performance within 5-10% of what you are getting now all along had everything been in order on your system. ;)

Gave these a try and do get a fps boost, at least on Witcher 3 with my 770.

    Same settings and same location.

    347.88: 54.8

    353.06: 60.0 (limited to 60 with AB)

Haven't done much playing so not sure on stability yet, didn't have any issues in the brief tests I did.

These are quite good so far, fast and stable.Benchmarks, GTA V and Witcher 3 running smooth.Maybe a slight increase over 353.00 but nothing major. Will update if any issues arise.Good driver!
