These are working Great on my Rig, The GTX 690's love them, W3 @ max Settings is smooth as silk, WoW is great in 40 man Raids @ Max settings, No Issues at all with Cyberfox, everything looks great on my 34" curved screen Dell monitor. These are keepers for me!

No, but my whole machine reset without warning earlier playing GTAV

Even log only showed the usual "Last system shutdown was unexpected"

All i'm getting is my monitor going blank and I get that display error notification at the bottom of the screen. I haven't seen that in a very long time.

Can these be modded for Notebooks or is that a no go with the desktop suite? I love you all so don't murder me. I just am not sure.

That's exactly the same thing I've been getting. The only way it stopped was installing a pre 350.12 driver, but for now I'm continuing to use the 353.06 since the error doesn't happen when playing Witcher 3.

Seeing that the IRQs for my cards are not being used as of 350.05....I'm assuming it's using "message signal interrupt" instead. Can this be the reason so many are reporting issues as this method relies more on system memory and chipset drivers (maybe bios also) to be updated and/or stable?

After the drama the 350.xx drivers gave me with crashes etc and i didn't try 352.86, I was expecting these to be trouble too reading this thread but on my system i have not had one crash in two days. Chrome is fine,i have even left it running while playing BF4 and have watched a few flash videos with HW acc on. The other games i play WoT and MWO all run ok maybe a little better but no big difference and i have for the first time gone over 6k in 3d mark II with X6006 result. The OC i have on my card is 1204 MHz on the core and +100 on the mem all the games i play at 1440p up from 1080p with DSR .
When i installed the driver i didn't install GFE or the HD audio driver.
Now that i posted this i have probably jinxed myself and will crash in the next 5 minutes

nvidia fixed kepler so u don't worry but 353.06 still got issue with maxwell users. i can assure nvidia wrote some branches **** on the driver that cause random TDR, crashes, freeze etc..

what i noticed with 353.06 during idle state, P-state shown P0 mean maximum 3D performance keep running even i didn't open any chrome at the background. 35x.xx driver seem don't like us using OC tools like riva, msi afterburner, evga precisionx, etc.. after u removed the TDR really gone but random crashes on games still exists especially high intense games.

Fifa 15 & nba 2k15 both crashes but not very often. once awhile it did happened. look at previous driver 347.25 come with 342 MB & 347.88 come with 294 MB but 35x.xx onward the files become smaller that's y degraded.

I was running 347.88 prior to these, and I unchecked everything apart from the driver during install, and did not choose clean install

Maybe that made a difference ?

Seems strange that one 980 would work and another not, with the same drivers

Interesting .... 347.88 is the version I did not have any issues with. I'll try your install method (not clean install) and see how it goes.

so took the bait and tried these, crashing my old Internet PC with a factory overclocked 660 Ti 3 GB whereas doing great on my gaming PC (4790K - GTX 970)... old PC runs great and flawlessly with 347.88 so I believe something changed in the way the GPU - CPU - RAM communicate now and old chipsets just won't work well with the new code, also I'm not seeing any IRQs in use with the newer sets of drivers, wonder what they're using now.

Well Thanks T.J i don't know what kind of Voodoo magic this is ,but it has gave me the fps boost i wanted to get me back to smooth fluid game play even without my O/C im still rocking 60-75fps @2560x1400 after changing the in-game setting mostly back to ultra .

    Thanks again T.j :):):):):):):):):):):)

MSI (message signal interrupt). But we can only speculate as there has been no official word from Nvidia.Sora directed the question at Manuel G on geforce forums but I don't think they got an answer.MSI will put more strain on mem, chipset and cpu as it - "allows the device to write a small amount of interrupt-describing data to a special memory-mapped I/O address, and the chipset then delivers the corresponding interrupt to a processor." - wiki.

I've come across this MSI thing before with one of the earlier drivers when I just got my first 670, was still in my old P45 system.Think it was one of the 301.xx or 310.xx sets but the driver that came after, the IRQ was back to 16.That's why when I noticed it with 350.05 I wasn't surprised but shocked as a lot of people had issues they didn't have before.I thought it only logical this could be the defining factor across multiple systems and multiple drivers after 350.05.
