It might, couldn't hurt to try.Not sure but it seems Win10 needs to be forced to do things sometimes. It was just a suggestion on my part.

Looks like what ever the issue was that caused DSR at 4K @ 2560x1440 to break in FIFA 18, WRC 7 and other games - they would just start windowed unless I set the resolution to 2560x1440 - has been fixed in the RTM Build 16299.15 release of Windows 10 which I installed late last night. It may have just been a bad drive install although I did try both the v387.78 (which I'm using now) and v385.69 drivers with the same result. This time I noticed that DSR was set to Off post-Windows upgrade so maybe that and the act of enabling it is what makes it work on my setup? Whatever, it appears to be working as it was with Build 15063.632.

Can anyone confirm if shadowplay is working in Windows 16299.15 with this driver? For some reason it's just not recording anything here....

I got a VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR BSOD after clicking shutdown. Screen was black, I saw this in reliability report after I switched it on the next time. Win 10 1709.

I had to switch from Just send me early updates to The next version of Windows / Slow ring in order for this update to show up but it has and it's now downloading. Once it started downloading then I switched back to Just send me early updates. Last thing I want is to find an unstable alpha release of build 17004 has installed!

    *EDIT*
Switching back to Early releases eventually stopped this driver from downloading after a short time so it looks like you have to keep it on Next release of Windows until is installed then switch back to Early releases.

Firefox v56 feels a bit laggy, was laggy before with R385 at times, now it can be even worse with R387..

whops wrong thread@ was talking about 387.87, never tested this one

Thanks very much for the drivers. It works good on my laptop. I simply just disabled any Windows update since it is rudely pushing wrong drivers/updates and changing things unexpectedly. I got the build 16299 since they were supposed to fix the VRAM bug.
