Seems like Microsoft pushed a new driver on Windows Update.
    (rs_prerelease here)

    .10+ version bump from 387.68

The latest WHQL driver is actually v385.69 not v387.69.

This new driver isn't showing up for me on v1703 build 15063.632 with Insider > Release Preview > Just send me early updates selected.

Probably because its likely only for those in the fast ring since the latest 16299 isnt RTM

Update: Would appreciate someone uploading the files like with the previous pre-release driver

Seems I've confused myself a bit... I had the v387.68 driver installed from Windows Update last week but when the official v385.69 WHQL I installed those over v387.68 thinking that it was a newer v387.69 driver. Duh!

Are these v387.78 drivers newer than the v385.69 drivers then? Do they contain all the same fixes?

Still getting browser (Edge and Firefox) hangs/crashes when playing a game on one screen (windowed full screen) and streaming a video on the other (browser full screen) at the same time, with build 16299 and this 387.89 driver. Started happening with the previous/first WDDM 2.3 driver.

This driver (like the last insider driver) scores significantly lower for me in 3Dmark Timespy.

    With 385.69, 17.8K, with this one, 16.2K.

It does install without crashing (unlike the last one due to SLI) so that is a check in the 'pros column' :D

Also breaks the menus in Arma 3 (could be an SLI thing).

There is still the color issue present in some games in fullscreen exlusive mode which also plagued the last WDDM 2.3 driver (also on the newest Win 10 16299 build). Also the desktop seems to be brighter (noticable with the blue circle while opening programs etc.)

The stability improved though. With 387.68 I got GSoD in some games which were not present in other drivers (in IRQ and MSI mode). I still need to test MSI mode with the new driver and test it further to be certain that they fixed this.

Seems like this version also doesn't work on 800m series cards...

I had this issue, I fixed it by closing everything down I had running in the background (Steam,Afterburner,mouse/keyboard software etc) and it did not result in a blank screen when I enabled SLI

This driver removes the audio driver from MSI mode. I wonder why?

Has it ever been in MSI mode by default?
