Grab em while they're hot.
Got my 3080 FE for that sweet £649 price tag
Had my order confirmed as arriving tomorrow by the live chat customer service rep.
Now showing Out of Stock, hope I helped at least 1 or 2 of you out.
Yeah i was browsing Nvidia's UK website and I saw the 'Buy Now' sign had appeared on the 3080/3090 FE cards so i pressed the button and it redirected me to Scan UK. The 3080's were in stock for around 10 mins and the 3090's lasted a bit longer for 20 mins. I'm so pleased today was my day off work. I wasn't expecting anything to be in stock until the 30th of this month. Even considered trying to snag a RTX 3070 to tide me over until the RTX 3080 Super refresh. Glad i managed to get a RTX 3080 FE.
If they do an early refresh and bring out a 20GB version, i'll probably buy that and sell this one on. But until then, this 10GB version will do nicely.
Missed but thanks - Guess Overclockers "special relationship" isn't that special then!
If you guys could post your vram usage at 4k am all ears and eyes..n congrats.
shame, wont touch scan with a barge pole.
Then I wont ever buy an FE card, Scan are devious.
They sold me a second hand Seasonic Prime UIltra Titanium 750W PSU, passing it off as new.
The Inner box was torn, the outer box was heavily creased where it is opened and there were finger marks all over it.
The outer plastic protection had been screwed up and was placed loosely around the box, the invoice was between this and the box.
Whoever packed it knew it was in a poor state.
Then they denied it was possible to be shipped in this condition despite photographic evidence.
They gave me a severe runaround, bullshitting and denying everything without any investigation.
It was clearly standard practise.
Thats the last business and recommendation they will ever get from me.
This was the second bad experience I had with them in a short time, I learned all I needed to know after this.
out of 5 orders, ive had an issue with 4 of them, either non working, or items that i purchased that simply wasnt in stock, all of the times iv been given the run around when i attempted to get a refund, or them try say I've caused the items to not work.
