Yes, please run EVGA Precision X or MSI Afterburner when testing ;)
Otherwise you have no idea what is causing those "performance drops".

Perhaps you are not getting full GPU usage for some reason?

OGSSAA is working but results with spoken flag are VERY poor, barely affects aliasing.

for Dragon Ball Xenoverse : 0x004010c5 works pretty well with 4x msaa+4xsgssaa forced
    in inspector.

    EVGA GeForce 2080Ti
    Game: Dragonball Xenoverse
    Working Flag: 0x004012C0

    No AA
    Ingame AA (probably some FXAA)
    4X SGSSAA
    4X SGSSAA + Ingame AA

    Bonus: 4X SGSSAA + Ingame AA + HBAO+ HQ (flag: 0x00000035)

NOTE: Works pretty well but there's a problem: it messes with side quests briefings if you don't play with a 16/9 resolution, there are some missing characters.

These two screenshots have been made with 4X SGSSAA + 0x00000035 HBAO+ HQ + ingame AA + GeDoSaTo custom post-processing.

I have to force vsync off with dragonball xenoverse or I get missing fireball effects, when I use ssgaa or hbao+ it also cause the same thing. Anyone else have this problem.

    SGSSAA only.

If you want to use MSAA, you can try 0x00401045 or 0x00401041 or 0x00401043

There are no guarantees that even if it works, that the quality will be any good. Performance may be a wash too.

Most likely forced MSAA will be complete rubbish anyway in a game with this type of postprocessing.

Yeah, having watched my brother play the PS4 version of the game. I'm not sure MSAA would be of much help for some things.

Surprisingly 4X SGSSAA does wonders in this game when used with the ingame post-processing AA, and with my rig (i7 4770K @ 4.5 GHz & GTX 780 with core @ 1175 MHz) I can sustain rock stable 60 FPS at 1920x1080.

Just try it and see by yourself. ;)

EDIT: With 0x004010C5 flag I noticed one graphical glitch in a story mission, during a realtime cutscene a character image stayed "printed" on screen when the next battle began...

I then used the flag 0x004412C1 (Diablo III) and never encountered this problem again. Could be specific to my PC but if you notice a similar behaviour you know what to do.

I think you can also try flags based on 0x004X1XCX, they seem to produce similar results.

It could be the last digit "5" that could be the problem.

Try 0x004010C1 or 0x004012C5 or 0x004012C1 and see if any of those reproduce the problem

I was just playing and trying 0x004012C0 flag, and it seems to eradicate the bug.

The "2" digit appears to be the key.

I don't notice any difference when changing the last digit, so I set it to "0".

sadly for me 4xsgssaa is too much for my rig that's why i tried msaa only i'm getting 45-50 fps or less in 3vs3 or when i'm playing on big maps, but yeah msaa isn't working in any ways.

So for me its downsampling to 2560x1440 + Driver FXAA (apparently driver fxaa is better than in-game fxaa)

You say 1440p, so does that mean you are playing on a 1440p monitor?

I think the PS4 version runs at 30FPS from what I have watched and it seems perfectly playable and smooth.

You could also try 2xSGSSAA instead and see if that helps at all. And if you have a little headroom you could try some small downsampling with that.
