If you're getting constant split second hitching in TW3 you can try playing with the Max Prerendered Frames or CPU Threaded Optimization options. I have the annoying constant screen freeze/jerk in Advanced Warfare and the only way I can stop it is by setting MPRF to 1 and use NVCP VSync. For frametime spikes, limiting framerate to 60 with RivaTuner can help a lot.

I have a 5820k and I barely hit 25% CPU usage with the game maxed @ 1080p, a 4790k should have plenty of headroom running TW3.

So far I can safely say that these drivers are as smooth as butter for me, tested gains on Valley plus fps increase in some games., however has anyone else experinced some latency during system use with these? MS win_10 x64

Haven't noticed any latency issues, this set actually fixed the input lag I was having in Mad Max with VSync turned on. Previous set had very noticeable lag, but only on Mad Max.

I had played through F.E.A.R. (latest STEAM version) about 2-3 weeks ago and I didn't encounter any shadow flickering on version 353.06 with DSR, Soft Shadows enabled, FXAA disabled in game options. The picture was perfect.

P.S. I saw that flickering on youtube so I know what you talk about.

TW3 is not CPU intensive at all.

I'm sorry but if while running witcher 3 you are getting 99% cpu load, you have a problem, i have never seen anything above 42%, usually stays at around 26-30%, i would start scanning my system for malware/errors actually if any game did that to a overclocked 4core/8thread i7

f1 2015 works smoother with theese drivers still without sli support
but with 3dmark fire s. had to reactivate sli because did'nt work at first run

like last 3/4 drivers still under 20000 points barely bit far my best 20800
at now not fully enthusiast about this release

Perfect irony right there. An nVidia supported game that doesn't work correctly on nVidia cards. And they say AMD is bad with support, lol.

LOL, it doesn't have FXAA. Hell, it didn't even exist back then.

Yeah, NV does good work in Fable Legends DX12 on a driver which doesn't support parallel compute queues yet. Should kinda tell you something about the impact of this feature in general.

Ok, it's FSAA but it doesn't matter. There's nothing to "LOL" about

Let's see if this fixes the crashes after wake up introduced in the last WHQL. Multiple people were having this issue.

  20. true witcher 3 is absolutely not cpu intensive.. it destroys the gpu (all gpus) but its very soft on the cpu. much softer then gta5.
