this drivers are buggy for my configuration
I am getting randomly black screen
especially if I overclock my card
349.65 drivers were more more stable:3eyes:
the problem are the drivers because they crash even on build 9926!!!:bang:

A guy posted these over on the nvidia forums. These are from Win10/349.90/GTX 970. Look at the memory usage. Is this combining system ram with vram?

First generation Maxwell is Geforce GTX 750, GTX 750 Ti so I'm not surprised it doesn't support DirectX 12.

At me crash or slow down all games with this and previous driver. Similar crash at change of custom res in the control panel.

I have only played COD:AW|Dungeon Defenders 2|Middle Earth|Borderlands:TPS with this new driver and the only issue I've had is TPS taking 3-4 tries to actually get the game running, it crashes on exiting and tries to open itself again unless I force stop the .exe. I chalk that up to piss poor programming by the Borderlands devs however. Borderlands 2 was the only real glaring issues moving from 7 to 8/8.1 for me as well.

My first try with Win 10 TP 10041 and 349.90 drivers, no issues at all.
Run BF4, Middle Earth, Assassins Creed Unity like win 8.1.
But i no see any gain in FPS.
    Just all the same

Tried to inf mod 349.90 to run on a GTX 570. Sadly didn't work (Still says incompatible hardware), the tutorial also might be a bit dated I guess.

Any ideas what the issue could be? Maybe I ****'d something up during modifying?
The GTX 570 is also listened twice in the GPU id list..

    Running windows 10 build 9926.

    NVM: Got it working now.

Yeah, the only gains I see are with 3DMark, hitting 10.8k on 10041, 9926 averaged 10.6-10.7 and 8.1 hovers around 10.5k. Games all play the same.

Maxwell 2nd gen is 12_1. Not too quick on the uptake huh?

Hmm I always found it weird why my 970 said 11.2 in GPU-Z even though the BOX and nvidia specify DX12. Well I don't have it anymore.

I'm waiting for Cyris' compiled driver package. Installing bare drivers like this gave me several problems back with 349.65 like watch_dogs crashing (the only game I bothered to test).

The earlier image with SoM is cool. Maybe with 6gb wam I could try 8k texture packs in skyrim and it reports vram usage like 9gb or something :D
