    well they are clearly not meant for us. Lots of things were missing. Nhancer and EVGA precision couldn't boot.

    Back to 190.38, the best of the best so far.

    i bet you have downclocking problem only if you have 2 monitors pluged in? and no its not fixed :< i have 1 gpu (on gtx295) properly downclock and other one stays on full clocks all the time only if i have both monitors pluged in, otherwise its downclocking properly.

    Thanks! No, I have only 1 monitor, and 190.38 is the first driver that gave me this downclocking issue....so, I will download and install this one!

    well so far 190.38 and .40 keep crashing on me while watching movies or games on Win 7
