Is nsight only for developers or can I download. Cant seem to find the link. I am having a very bad frametime spike once in a while in every game and pulling my hair out to fix it. Tried everything in my knowledge, temps are great no overclock or overclocks the same thing, reseated gpu and ram. Ram passes all memtests. Getting spikes to 2-400 in latency mon. Gysnc on or off doesnt change a thing along with the typical gamebar stuff being off.
