I bought the black version of this chair a couple of years ago. It's a decent size and good build quality but still massively overpriced. The only reason i bought it was because i got a bunch of amazon vouchers from family at Christmas. Ordinarily i would not have spent so much money on it because at the end of the day, it just a desk chair. Would i buy another if my current one broke? Probably not.
I do like the Doom theme. Would i be willing to pay the price of the chair? No. @Loobyluggs You are stating that ppl are 11 years old, if they like that desing? @TheDeeGee You really have wide shoulders. Not all have.
If you sit multiple hours a day and you have a reasonable budget, invest in a proper office chair (Herman Miller, Steelcase, Humanscale etc) Some can be very pricey when new, but can often be found used, in good conditions, for a fraction of the price. Your back will thank you.
The 11 year old in me likes it The 42 year old in me says the chair I've got does the job very well and doesn't need replaced and unfortunately he's the one in control of the wallet.
