My oh my, Star Citizen looks glorious! I clearly should have been keeping a closer eye on this one.

Anyway, back on topic for a mo. I have just started a new play-through and I can't seem to remember where on-planet I find replacement/upgrade tools. On my first play-through they where everywhere, available in wall-mounted machines somewhere in certain settlements, but now all I seem to come across are Shelters with suit upgrades. Anyone point me in the right direction please? Cheers.

I'll try your theory and report back :) The best way to look for a crashed ship would really be just to fly straight and check all question marks in that path?

Also for checking "currently available" ships, I'll just have to idle in the space station and track what's incoming? I've noticed that some space stations are way busier than others. Once I was alone every time I visited one particular space station while others always have visitors.

If you mean shader cache problems, yes they're still there but that's the games fault now (since they've disabled nvidia shader cache in favor of their own).

Oh, I need to visit more aliens. And also be lucky enough to answer the question right. I remember getting one with an alien giving me a slug which I was supposed to put either in my mouth, nose or ear (lol).

Follow the blue lines on your starmap, press Q and E to cycle through the different nav modes. look for the word Atlas in the ID, when you find it get there and look for the ANOMOLY.....I was stumped for a bit but once I figured out how to nav the map it took 5 minutes to find.

if he's talking about scale of the game i don't think this game can be done on that scale that he's talking about, maybe it's impossible to make it that way, but i never know, maybe it's fair maybe it's not, i personally think yes the game has shown limits over long play...but i felt addicted in search for the center of the galaxy.

Guys should really try the free/low flight mod. It feels like a different game. So much more enjoyable.

Thanks! First mod I saw that really makes me want to try it out!
Hardly had any more frustrating moments than trying to pass over a normal ridge and the ship almost stops in mid air (without you actually hitting something), and slowly moving upwards... d'oh... will need to try this one!

That reminds me, anyone ever get that (bug?) thing when you go to take of in your ship to continue to fly around a planet, instead the ship just flies straight up into the atmosphere?

Yep, that universe is populated by ewoks. First ones I met attacked me on sight... loved my boltcaster. I also despise the ewoks in the movies, useless plot device.
