:D lol - Maybe MS should have taken tips from a company who knows how to create an OS, and made 7 like whoever made XP

    Monk or Wizard.

Allright, I'll give up on the D3 stuttering.

And after having read the few latest pages, I wont install this "fix". Especially since Unwinders incinerates with words alone.

    No.
I am saying that there is a high probability that someone who comes up with miraculous tweaking program and yet refuses to document 0.1% of what his software is purportedly doing, is a charlatan.

That's not a question of bad english at all. Each feature listed by him above and promoted as "hard work" which costed him "a lot of time to develop", "low-level kernel modifications" and so on in reality maps to simple 1 or 0 he adds to the registry. He has absolutely no ideas what exactly is he doing, the descriptions of features he provides are coming from attempts to decode NVIDIA's own registry enry names. He simply cannot provide anything besides those 2 or 3 words in each line, which come from the registry entry name. Period. For example, whole his "I unlocked full speed of full 4Gb on 970" statement in reality maps to NVIDIA's debug LimitSegmentsTo4GB registry key, which has zero relation to 970 and serves for totally different purposes: it affects the cards with more than 4Gb of VRAM and allows the driver to split aperture in multiple segments while ensuring that size of each segment fits within 32-bit value.
Ironically, the author could honestly declare that he is simply playing with unknown NVIDIA's registry entries and people would love and accept such approach just fine. The conceps of user editable database of registry entries is exactly what was available in PowerUser tab of RivaTuner or exactly what is available in new tools like RadeonMod. But instead of doing so the creator decided to make up the story of his own low-level driver modifications, lie about a lot of things he did't do in reality then hide in shame in private blog.

What i find really shocking he puts every of the users System Stability at risk with this and is really expecting feedback of machines he broke by fiddling with those Debug options ;)

He really overdid it this time his credibility is down the drain by now ;)

I felt he was going totally crazy when he started to talk about his own OS he was working on (Tusion OS) then he explained it would be buildup on the FreeBSD Kernel and now this, he seems to try just holding himself in the news to keep the donations flowing in his hidden circle of his followers he gathered around him it seems (poor souls like dreamss) ;)

Btw as there is much discussion going on about your involvement and ownership of Evga Precision, is it really still your code or by now not mostly rewritten by some Chinese dudes ?

It feels really like he would try to buildup somekind of religious cult around him but he should know it will fail this is ITC not some Religious **** there are experts all over the place :D

At first i was nice then i looked at his tool and was like what a SFX Installer with a Script that sets some Debug Keys and i was like he can't be serious about what he wrote in terms of this being low level :D

It's not about donations, as he is constantly saying he doesn't want any money and that he is doing this for the good of humanity (he is like the gpu jesus), I think that he probably has some sort of issue so he craves for attention and for people to talk about him and beg for his tools.

This whole "private beta blog" just feeds his god complex.

Nobody said Unwinder owns eVGA Precision. Unwinder is the original developer of eVGA Precision, which was originally based on RivaTuner.

eVGA claims that Precision is now being developed "in house" without any of the previous codebase.

Which is questionable at best without source access to truly back it up.

Why would you go and rewrite everything from scratch? That just costs money. And if they are like most other companies, they can and will take the easy way out of stealing knowing they can get away with it.

Unless Unwinder already knows for sure that they have indeed rewritten everything 100%. I don't recall EVGA going to bat to prove their claims. So I don't buy their products anymore.

Blizzard can't even manage console performance. The latest patches have turned DIII on PS4/XO into even more of a stuttering mess.

So, disable all registry entries and enable one of them each time. Then you know exactly what entry fixed your problem. Report back and we might be able to see what and why it does what it does.
