Also I don't know about Dragon Age: Inquisition. I loved the first one, played about 5 hours of the second one and it really wasn't doing anything for me. Maybe I'll give it another shot before DA:I comes out.

Fallout 4 is in development, we know that for a fact but it has not been announced yet.

 

GTA V (duh, uuuuh!), Dragon Age: Inquisition, The Witcher 3, Assassin's Creed Unity. These 4 are my absolute must-haves and preorder material.

Games which I MAY get, but probably not on release day, are: Arkham Knight, Far Cry 4, Battlefield Hardline, Alien: Isolation.

There might be more, but I keep a close watch on these^.

 

GTA V, Metro 2033 Redux (maybe), Assetto Corsa DLC. That's about it. Also waiting for Wolfenstein TNO and Sniper Elite 3 to drop in price drastically. There are already too many games sitting in my Steam Library that I want to play but haven't had the chance to try.

 

Sui Generis looks fun..

So far it's just rumors.
People are making assumptions based on a few rumored leaks from what we're supposed to believe to be valid sources in Bethesda.

But, there's been nothing completely solid that people can without a doubt say is true.
