I haven't had issues with 280,26 so those are still keepers for me.

With millions of different hardware and software setups, there will NEVER be one single driver to fix it all.

tested crysis 2 singleplayer later on in the game it always crashes for me while playing with my setup, BUT atleast it admitted when it crashed that the display driver stopped working. before it wouldnt say anything. not impressed that i cant finish crysis 2 singleplayer.

    Ooh : /

I got these 280.36 installed ever since they came out and they run flawless here. I did have issues with 280.19 and 280.26 tho, as in "Driver Stopped Responding" and 280.19 got stuck in Performance Mode during Idle every now and then. But these are just perfect since 275.33.

What you could try is disabled LSPM (Link State Power Management), if that doesn't help you're probably just unlucky. After all it's a PC and no PC is the same :)

its his 460 or others 560gtx that are unlucky. Both very driver depended.

well with 280.36 i don't get driver failed and recovered message but I have another problem
sometimes screen become blank and after 1 or 2 second it will come back and there is no
message as if nothing has happened and in rare occasion screen become blank and stay
such , the strange thing is when it happen I cant turn off and on the monitor no matter
how many time I press off button but if I pull the power cord out of the wall
and then insert it again the screen come back but this time there is yellow triangle in system tray
that show there was some sort of error but no matter how many time I click on it it dont
    show any error message .

Well, it been like that since forever and it will be like this forever. Endless amount of Hardware configurations and endless amounts of different software installed on endless amounts of PCs. Id say stick with Drivers that do work. For me 280.19 and 280.26 had issues so i went back to 275.33. Now this 280.36 is running flawless while it's giving trouble for others.

I had a HD5970 for 8 months and had nothing BUT trouble with Drivers. Ever since i went back to nVidia 99% of the issues are gone. Maybe i'm lucky with nVidia Drivers or maybe they just are better, i dunno. I'm a happy nVidia user at the moment.

I've been a PC gamer for ever, I only started having a hard time when I decided to go with multi GPU computer.

First one was the 4870x2, then a couple of 5870 then tri SLI GTX 480.....all are horrible.
