hey i just wanted to know what Newegg's return policy was on cpu's? i how their in no restocking fee!
Most of the processors now are warrantied through the manufacturer only. That means you will have to deal with Intel or AMD. You will usually have a 3 year warranty on the CPU (as long as it's retail with HSF).
They will replace your cpu, within 30 days I believe, with only the exact model. Also they won't cross ship cpus. I guess they want to check them for abuse..
Its clearly stated on there page the return policy for cpus only , I think its 10 days vs the normal 30days and it cant be used or somthing, it has to be phisically broken upon recieving it and un opened to get refund.
