You must wait for a next 3DMark (and AMD drivers?) release your card has problems in DX12 test right now.

Look at the latest 3DMark changelog (it will apply to later TP builds and AMD drivers until a new 3DMark will be released):

Yes. I just notice that I have old 3DMark version and I'm updating to the newest right now.
I see that in changelog it say that it fix compabilty in build 10130 so I assume it is future-proof and there's no issue on 10162.
Will test when it updates, and edit this post to let you know if it fix my problem.
    Regards.

EDIT: Everything is working just fine right know, after the 3DMark Update to new version. Thank's for help with that. :)

99% of AAA games already use DX11 the DX9 thing is a myth games like League of Legends use DX9 but games people buy every year use latest versions.

BF4 frametimes are all over the place with 1023.7 using x-fired 7950s.

According to the numbering convention and driver dates, this driver (1023.7) should be an evolution of the 1023.x sub-branch. 1040 should have more profound differences and upgrades, possibly an entirely different optimization target. The real fun begins when all of the disparate branches get merged back into the main branch.

We are looking behind the curtain of the sausage factory, if we can mix metaphors. Now if only the stable release comes soon.

They haven't even released the proper drivers for the rest of the cards...

Driver validation for release takes very long. If new drivers are supposed to come out along with Windows 10, all features for that release are locked in and the testing in well under way.

From their perspective, it is justified to skip releasing 15.150 drivers for all of the supported cards, if (big if) new WHQL release is scheduled only a month away, especially if the 15.150 release delays 15.200 (Catalyst [GREEK_LETTER_HERE]) release.

Current official drivers are stable, if not performant as they can be. If Windows 10 comes out and initial support is buggy, AMD will be in an even worse position than they already are. This is another one of those "can't fail" moments that happen for AMD every so often.

Ok so after testing some more games like GTA v and BO2. In bo2 I don't even get 96fps where on older drivers I got 96fps all the time with one card in use. in GTA V I get microstutter like crazy. I must say this is the worst driver ever

    Success:

The new 300 series with the "LITTLE" help of almost all hardware web reviews had success to fool people to believe that 390(X) are brand "new" GPUs.

    Fail:

This same series 300 driver failed to provide enough USABLE performance (DX11) to his REAL new GPU Fury X to win his category battle against 980Ti.

We all know AMD lack the TITANICAL and GIGANTIC asder00 code capacity to extend his series 300 drivers to be used by all AMD GPUs including "old" 290(X).

He must be a GOD CODER to be able to do it in a few minutes and provide us a perfectly stable modded version!

If the modded driver has issues, who do you call? AMD can't release untested drivers for everyone (millions of users). Drivers need to be tested extensively before release.

How would you react if AMD released the 1040 driver as an official beta driver, and then all people with GCN 1.0 started reporting problems (I had a crash with 1040 drivers, when running Tomb Raider and Afterburner, no other driver had such problems).

If they hold back important features from older cards (where the hardware is not the limiting factor), then we will all call them out on it. Right now, all I can say to them is: "Be very careful with you next move. We are watching you."

I have a nice backlog (Steam pile of shame) in the mean time.

    You made a good point.

AMD must be doing INTENSE TESTING on series 7000 since Omega drivers for VSR.

I have a news for them: VSR works fine on series 7000 when you unlock the artificial limit in drivers for VSR as modded drivers proved.

    Not everybody.

I use to play the Dead Space series at 12K downsampled to 1080p using an "inferior" downsampling solution called GeDoSaTo.

I hope AMD finish soon his INTENSE TESTING on 4K VSR for 290(X)/390(X) they are performing since Omega, December 2014.

I have another news for them: Once you unlock VSR in drivers 4K SR it works perfectly in them while using single GPUs as modded drivers proved.

Can you please upload it to mega?

I'm going to sleep and can't do it myself.
