Overall is good for the industry, thus also for Gamers (Console & PC alike) :D
I know that Samsung is a good partner to work with for AMD/ATI.

    The Fat XFX :p
    8+6 Pin (2.5 Slot GPU)

The Radeon RX 5700 THICC2 graphics cards would feature a 2.5 slot design and a black colored shroud with silver linings along the sides and around the fan cutouts.
There are more fan blades than the previous variant (11 vs 9) and we can spot the XFX branding on almost all ends of the graphics card.
There’s one XFX branding logo on the rear of the card which may feature lighting through integrated LEDs. The R200 series variants did feature white-colored LEDs.

Rick Bergman rejoins AMD as Senior Leadership Team as EVP of Computing and Graphics

AMD has announced that Rick Bergman is rejoining AMD to become the company's executive vice president of Computing and Graphics, taking the position of Dr Sandeep Chennakeshu, who plans to leave AMD at the end of this month.

In his new role, Bergman will be responsible for AMD's high-performance PC, gaming and semi-custom businesses, where his experience with S3 Graphics, ATI Technologies and AMD will no doubt be invaluable.

This quarter marks a time of growth for AMD, where the company is due to gain both CPU and GPU market share thanks to the addition of the company's latest 7nm products.
Furthermore, AMD's graphics division is also set to see success through Sony/Microsoft's next-generation console platforms and Samsung's plans to add AMD/Radeon graphics tech into their mobile SoCs.

Right now, Bergman seems like the ideal candidate to lead Radeon into the future, as unlike Chennakeshu, Bergman has plenty of experience within the PC graphics market, having worked for AMD, ATI and S3 Graphics.
Bergman's management experience within these businesses, as well as his work within Texas Instruments, IBM and, more recently, Synaptics, place him an ideal candidate for leadership within today's AMD.

That looks very similar to something Sapphire would design. It is certainly one of the better looking XFX cards, that's for sure.

    Only for Mac users...

There are some other cool looking cards to adrmire when you search Google Images for "white AMD".

Or do you mean the PCB?

Like this one. Mostly the backplate and the front part that is shown when mounted horizontally. Although the white fans are nice, you won't really see them unless mounted vertically.

The pcb is really high, if they added some stuff to that vrm maybe the temps will be a bit lower.

    ROG STRIX RX 5700 XT

First things first. The appearance of the ASUS ROG STRIX ultimately confirms the death of the ASUS AREZ brand.
The brand appeared as a fallout of the GeForce Partner Program announcement (now canceled in that form).
ASUS is abandoning AREZ and will continue to launch Radeon cards with ASUS branding moving forward.

The ASUS ROG STRIX RX 5700 XT features Navi 10 GPU clocked at 1840 MHz (base), 1965 MHz (game) and 2035 MHz (boost).

The card is 2.7-slot design and features 11+3 VRM phase design. The card is equipped with dual BIOS and it will matter which BIOS you are running.
There are two options: Performance Mode and Quiet Mode. It appears that they only affect fan curvature, but this will undoubtedly affect real-world clock speeds as well.

ASUS claims that their card is 4.7% faster than reference RX 5700XT in 3DMark 11.
This number is obviously meaningless and we are not sure why ASUS even bothered to use this ancient benchmark.

There is currently an issue with AMD drivers causing ASUS Fanconnect II and Aura Sync not to work.

ASUS has already distributed review samples to popular media outlets, but from what I heard, the quantity is very limited.

Too expensive man. Asus is dropping the ball lately with its pricing. This one will be too close to 2070s.

I haven't seen any pricing for these down here yet. If that's the case i will look elsewhere.

I'll keep an eye out for the PowerColor or maybe a Sapphire Nitro if they make one. Thanks for that.

Extreme cooling seems to do very little for these cards. All that is needed is adequate quite cooling and a decent price. If it is 60Eur more then competing cards it better have some magic that those on water can't seem to find.
