New Sound Card.

    I know this might seem kind of n00bish, but I got a Fatal1ty X-Fi Titanium sound card (PCI-E x1 interface). My problem is that my GTX260 is in the way of the only PCI-E x1 slot, can you just put it in one of the PCI-E x16 slot?

    Yep, PCI-E x1 sound cards will work in any PCI-E slot. :thumbup:

    yes you can .

    if it is your 780i , use the middle 16x slot , which is southbridge controlled if i remember right .

    the top and bottom slots are nf200 powered so probably best to stick with just putting gpu's in those .
