    Hi guys,

Recently I have upgraded my PC and now have the 980 along 6700k.

I want to buy a monitor in the £250 range price. Here are some i checked so far:

    Samsung S27D590C 27

    Dell UltraSharp U2515H 25

    Asus SonicMaster MX279H 27

I really seem to like the Asus and people seem to really like it too but there are some problems with dead pixels apparently.

I like to game but sometimes also use stuff like photoshop so best of both worlds would be good although i am aware that its not exactly possible.

Any help would be great, thanks

Personally I would go with Dell U-series,they're really good,I've two DELL U2410 with which I'm very happy,I do game but not very much,my PC is build around rendering, music making and Photoshop

Really not sure about the above mentioned monitors

    Hope this helps

    Thanks,Jura

I had the Asus MX279H before I bought the Swift and it was a decent monitor for the price. The speakers sucked but who would use those? The colors weren't great for an IPS though. My Swift honestly looks better than that one.

    Hi there

Have look on TFT central on their reviews and looks like U2414 looks like better buy than U2515H

    Dell U2414H Review

    http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/dell_u2414h.htm

    Dell U2515H

    http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/dell_u2515h.htm

I usually buy monitor which does support or does have sRGB which is good if you are do Photoshopping and graphic and I would have look on TFT Central for few reviews where you can at least have look on their reviews, which are worth in my view

    Hope this helps

    Thanks,Jura
