Make sure the attdrv64srv.exe file is in the ATT directory. Right click on the file and click properties. Check that the 'run this programme as an administrator' box, under the compatibility tab, is ticked. Use the Run dialogue - open it by pressing the windows key + 'R' Pop this in: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Ray Adams\ATI Tray Tools\ATTdrv64srv.exe" /install Restart. All should be sweet. If it still doesn't work, wait for everything to start up, then try run ATT. It should work. If this keeps happening you may need to delay ATT starting up, say by 30s, for the service to be running before it does.
