New Laptop....need advice

    I am looking into buying a Laptop that i need for next fall and am thinking about spending about $1000 for it any suggestions (gaming/multimedia geared laptops preferably) ? plus since i dont technically need it until late august should i wait a month or two to buy it or just get it now?

    the new dell XPS are very nice they give u performance+portablity+batterylife+gaming(not like the desktop though).

    HP's are not bad either.... look for the deals Back2school!

    I would wait until towards the end the summer, catch a back to school deal. With computers it always pays to wait, new stuff comes out, prices come down.

    best is the XPS imo or the newer asus laptops with the HD3650 cards
