new computer build same case cputin way off on amd 8350

I got an fx 8350 oc@4.3 and running occt and cputin way more then default temps like 20c from 50c running core temp cputin about 77 to 79c max but occt passing with in half hour. I own an asrock board you think maybe cputin way off because asrock 970a hasn't updated bios pass 2 years? So far tjmax is 70 c on chip but while running occt max I seen is 53c and 47c while running at 100%. System board at 29c and tmpin3 at 40c. Strange huh? I got an deep cooler swap slower deep cooler fans to cool master 2000 rpm on both grills and 6 fans at very high speed also hehe I have 2 2000 rpm fans in front case cool master one fast deep cooler on side case from cpu cooler and cool master fan 2000rpm on rear and two corsair 1500 rpm i think on top case.

are you sure the hsf is mount proper? and it good HSF not some cheap thing?

 

I got deep 6 pipe cooler if that what you mean? Like I said top on 45c during occt but cputin reach 66c but it pass with flying colors. I will post my voltage just double check make sure there good or need be bit lower thanks =)

 

Does my volts look stable enough? Or need be lower? So far it pass occt with any hiccups.

 

New updated lower CPU voltage to 1.325 and NB volts 1.4 and HT to 2600 mhz and NB to 2400 mhz

 

What are temps after lowering volts?

 

will run occt its 1am bit later normal its 10C + correct add to main temp? if idles at 26C CPUTin should read 36C?

 

It's 29 mins and it's passing so far at 1.3375 volts
I think this cputin on asrock 970a bios need correct the temps on it. Hasn't been new one since Jan 2016. Lol

 

It pass cputin at 69c but main cpu high was at 46c. See what I mean? I think you just add 10c to main chip lol. Anyway is my North bridge volts bit high at v1.4?

 

Lmao I try the v1.25 volts on the CPU NB and system crash at boot up so I had to put back at v1.4 volts . Like I said I think CPU TIN on asrock boards are way off mean way off if 45C is max on cpu temp and if you add 10C which would be 55C on Main CPUTIN which should be correct?

 

Ok cpu it self 43 c and cputin 65c
